When I decided not to continue, the tone of the conversation changed. What began as kind and helpful became dismissive, and I was told I was locked into a two-year contract. Speaking with the owner was even more discouraging--the conversation ended in a way that felt threatening regarding payment. Despite only attending four times, I ended up paying over $6,000. I'm sharing this so others can ask very clear questions about contracts, trial terms, and cancellation policies before signing. Get everything in writing and make sure you fully understand the commitment. Please proceed with caution.

Safery is their main priority here and they make sure to ensure a safe drop off and pick up for kids . All of the camp staff make sure to treat children kindly and my daughter says that she looks forward to coming here every day. Five stars for the fun activities and field trips and good communication from the camp Director about upcoming events. I no longer belong to the YMCA so I cannot comment on the facility, but I would highly recommend the camp. You are doing a great job YMCA camp staff!!

He only did this class 3 times, then they suggest he move up already to the independent classes with no parent in the water with them. This made us nervous, as he just turned 3. He moved up, did ok at first, then had a hard time waiting his turn, and would splash around, etc. I asked if it was too soon to move him up classes, they said no. Well after only 3 classes, they banned him from the place for 3 months, and said we would have to start over in the parent/child class after the 3 month leave. The instructors have no patience, so if you have a young child who is not perfect 100% of the time, this place will kick you out. They do not work with you to make things better, or simply just move back a class. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To kick a 3 year old out and refuse to teach them to swim is horrible, for just acting like a newly 3 year old!!

There are many changing rooms, (including changing rooms with infant changing tables in them) and plastic bags for wet items.
