I'm shocked that there aren't more reviews. This is my 4th appointment here and I've had nothing but positive experiences. I bought a groupon for a Fraxel laser treatment but had never heard of this location. I did not know what to expect but needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very polite and informative, accommodating to my crazy schedule, and down to earth. They have a private lounge where you can relax by the fire and the staff is very attentive to your needs. Ashle, who I've been receiving my laser treatments from is certified and very knowledgeable about my situation. She has used the laser herself and so understands the unpleasantness but goes our of her way to make me feel comfortable and safe. I have been very happy with my experiences here and will definitely continue to return even after my groupon runs out. read more

I've been seeing my laser tech Elaina for a year! She used to be my wax specialist and now does my laser hair removal! She is amazing and knowledgeable at what she does. She makes me feel comfortable and is attentive to my needs. She makes sure she gets every spot there is! Very detailed! read more

It's true that everyone is very polite, the place is pretty, and personally I've never had any trouble getting an appointment. But I've been to two lazer places now - this one, and another one in Troy - and at the other place, I had the hair disappear completely by the second treatment. At this one, I have had 5 treatments and the hair still won't go away. When I ask about it, they say lazer only means the hair "might" go away. I'm going to buy another groupon to the other place. read more

Unprofessional. Truly, a complete rip off. They over sell laser packages in group in, making it very difficult to even make an appointment. I have had 10 laser treatments done and have minimal, disappointing results. I'm not sure if it's due to poor equipment, lack of knowledgeable staff or both. I would strongly suggest you pay a little more and go somewhere else. I finally did and have seen better results in two appointments, than I did here with 10! read more

I generally don't do reviews, but this place needs one. I originally tried them out with a Groupon special about a year ago. I purchased several Fraxel treatments and although I had never heard of them before, decided to give it a try since it was a very attractive deal. The Salon is exceptionally clean, very cozy and relaxing. Ashle did my treatments (4) and was outstanding throughout the course of the treatments. The entire staff was very friendly, professional and make you feel very comfortable. Ashle guided me through some product recommendations to take care of my newly treated skin and although I could have found the products less expensive online, I purchased them from Belle Visage because I felt they earned my loyalty. The products were exceptional and made a big difference in my continuing skincare. Now 10 months later, I decided it was time for a little maintenance treatment. Looking online I saw Belle Visage had a new Groupon promotion for 1 or 2 Clear & Brilliant laser treatments. I had never heard of the C & B laser before and decided to try it. WOW....fantastic! Laura did my treatment this time and she was the best! So friendly and personable. She really went the extra mile to give me the very best treatment and results possible. I was so impressed, I purchased an additional set of C & B treatments before I left. I would highly recommend Belle Visage to anyone looking for an attractive, well appointed, relaxing spa/salon that offers skin rejuvenation treatments that truly make a difference as well as massage, waxing and numerous other services. You don't need to wait for a Groupon promotion, I found out they offer very reasonably priced specials frequently - just ask when you call. I will definitely continue to use Belle Visage. read more
