I have been doing small skin treatments (Botox, etc.) here or there since I was 25 years old or so; I am 53 now. In all that time of getting various skin treatments, I have never been more impressed than I was after my treatment here. First, while I was filling out the new client information paperwork, Dr. Brittney Sanders came in and introduced herself. I have never had a doctor do that! In every other case, I deal with the other workers first, and the doctor shows up just long enough to do the procedure. The personal touch really sets Top Tier Wellness and Beauty Medspa apart from everyone else. Then, we had a consultation. Because I had the threading done in the past, she went ahead and prepped the minimally invasive procedure. It was flawless. She made the pokes of the needle as close to pain-free as I've ever experienced. It was so clear to me that she was applying an enormous amount of skill in doing this, but she made it seem effortless. During the procedure, she wasn't deadly serious, despite her obvious skill. Instead, she...was humming to music that played during the procedure. It had a major calming affect on me. My husband came with me to the appointment because I expected the procedure to be very painful, as it was for me previous times. Meaning the person who did my service didn't ask for my paperwork or didn't see it (which was the owner), and anyone who walked into that place could've saw my address and other important information. Despite following up with assistants and the practice manager, I have received no resolution and was told she has to side with the doctor. This was a complete waste of my time. Requiring me to take time off work for repeated visits--only to wait two hours in the lobby without receiving the necessary care is unacceptable. So if you have a serious condition and you are seeking effective care, don't go here.
