I have been coming to this salon since they opened and recently had to have a fresh shellac pedicure removed for unplanned surgery . They were not very accommodating for that...one nice man spoke up and said he would do it when everyone else wanted to make me wait for hours. I tipped him $10 for a $10 polish removal that took 5 minutes max. Well...when it came time to get polish back on my toes they couldn't seem to fit me in. Really???? She says it's not what she wanted but she'll deal with it until she finds a new place to go, because she won't be going back there she doesn't trust that what she asks for is what she'll get.
