Every time I told him it was crooked he spoke to his coworkers in Vietnamese and rolled his eyes. This was one of the worst services I've ever gotten. These people are sloppy and inconsiderate. At my last appointment (March 17), I told "John" that my fingers were sore. I was told it was just dry skin. Unfortunately, my condition worsened, and after seeing both my primary care doctor and a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with a nail fungal infection. I've since had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to correct the issue and have been prescribed medication that is known to be hard on the liver, which is not something to take lightly. On top of that, I've dealt with the embarrassment of how my nails looked. The most disappointing part has been how this was handled. I requested John's license number and the salon's liability insurance information, and Lisa and her husband refused to provide either. If you're considering this salon, I would proceed with caution. There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that prioritize client safety and transparency.

The friendly banter is so entertaining, it was like coming back home again. My sister was getting married last weekend so we came to get nails a mani, pedi, and gel. I absolutely missed everyone and I think I'm going to have to make this a regular visit again. My favorite nail tech is no longer there, so I saw David and he did a fine job. Admittedly, I was nervous because I've had such difficulty at all other places but here so I wasn't sure what to expect, but he did a nice job, especially since I had used Gorilla Glue on 3 of my broken nails to keep the length before my visit! Haha! He 'worked' with what I gave him and they turned out quite professional looking. I never have any problems with the quality of work here. As for any naysayer in these other comments, I don't know why their experiences were any less than perfection. I've been to this facility for a few years every so many weeks before my recent gap and ALWAYS had great visits. They're worth the drive for me. It's almost 50 minutes each direction, so that should speak for itself. :) This place ROCKS!!

I had Hannah today and she was so sweet and patient with me. She paid a lot of attention to detail and, even though I probably seemed rude because I was on my phone the whole time, it's just because I get a little nervous sometimes in social situations. She never made me feel bad and It takes a special skill to learn exactly what your customer needs even when it comes to the social part. Because of that I started to feel a lot more comfortable. My pedicure is is perfect and my feet feel so soft. I even had to slowly put phone down while she was giving me a foot and leg massage because it was so relaxing. I could have stayed there forever and as I told her, another 5 minutes and I would have been asleep. I can't wait for my next appointment and thank you so much Hannah! I feet appreciatev it too!
