Paid $55 for a classic mani/pedi, only for the girl to not really do anything to my nails and didn't even take dead skin off the ball of my feet. Wasn't worth trying to correct her, since she wouldn't have been able to fix it. The salon in Meijer up the street is much better and doesn't fuck up your nails. read more

The man who did my toes was very rude, he lacks communication skills and needs some training. 1st issue is he just assumes I had gel on my toes and starts drilling the regular polish off. Acetone is all polish needs so I told him sir thats polish. I dnt put a drill on my toes cause them doing this has caused them to be very thin. He proceeds with the removal the correct way. Then when he asks me if my toes are okay once he finishes with everything (top coat), I say no 2 different toes were streaked cause it's white polish. U could clearly see they looked awful and he had on glasses so no excuse as to why u didnt see them and your super close to my feet. He gets a attitude probably cause its a cheaper service and he makes less on it. Well IDC this is your job so do it correct or go into a different industry. He proceded to just polish over em to get me out of the way. Didnt put any top coat back over the polish he threw on and now they look like crap. I'll be up there on the 5th so someone else fix them cause this is unacceptable for 48 hrs later. I'm licensed and in the industry and since reading the reviews I bet this is the same person and guaranteed he isn't licensed but I will be going on LARA and doing some investigating read more

I was pleased with my first experience other than the price. It was $70 for a full set and a pink vtip painted. My friend had a full set as well but had butterfly details added, she had a $10 "pedicure" done where they painted over her old nail polish! Needless to say I was back for a fill and was there for two hours being passed around to different seats while they kept saying 20 more min 15 more 5 more over and over. I ended up being there for TWO HOURS with nothing ever being done to my nails because they consistently told me 5 more min which would add to be more and more etc. They insisted I waited for a certain person to be able to get the design below. Over priced, not very quick with tasks and very time consuming. Nails are supposed to be a relaxing treat but this experience was the least of that. read more

I called to get an appointment to do my eyebrows and they said they don't do appointments for eyebrows only walks in because it should be less than a 10 minute wait. I go in and wait 35 minutes! So I was a walk-in for a pedicure on a Wednesday afternoon. The gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and was quick to start the service! When looking at their pedicure menu, there were three services that were subject to change based on the time extent and type of polish (pedicures are typically 45 minutes to an hour). The service was great, even with a sugar scrub massage! My pedicure looked fantastic and I felt amazing leaving! The service was great and I would go back again for a pedicure! read more

This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a long time. Paid $45 yesterday for a terrible pedicure. The guy was coughing terribly more than twice WITHOUT COVERING HIS MOUTH NOR TURNING HIS HEAD ALL OVER MY LEGS..MASKLESS MAY I ADD. He did not scrub my feet at all, he barely put the scrub on my legs, he didn't even wrap the heated towel around my legs. The polish on my toes nails are not neatly polished and he asked if I wanted my toes nails cut and somehow they are uneven. They usually conclude with oil at the end and I didn't get any, it was embarrassing because I was there with a friend and they had a poor experience as well. My friend also mentioned how their toes were cut really bad to the point that they stung when they put it on the water.Overall experience was terrible and would not recommend anyone going here for pedicures. read more

Well, me and my family went to get acrylics done and all of our nails fell off within a week, i talked to my friends mom about what happened and she said hers also fell off within a week time. The prior times i went to m&m it was good and my nails lasted awhile about 3 weeks. read more

This is my second bad experience. I will no longer go here. They were great when they opened and I had a women do my toes. EVERYTIME I have had one of the males I have been disappointed. I had went in to ask for a pedicure with shellac. I waited and then two girls went ahead of me. I was told to sit in a manicure chair. I explained I wanted a pedicure with shellac. I was then moved to the pedi area and there was not clear communication on where I was suppose to go. I sat down and they set the massage chair. I was told to put my feet up, but where was no plastic thing over the bowl. I asked for one and they brushed me off. I pulled up my leggings thinking they were going to grab it and came back without it. He filed my nails and told me "little nails". He grabbed the polish. My shellac was being taken off with a drill and I have small nails and he hit my skin. Not a big deal it happens. Then, he put on a clear coat of something. I then realized I was not going to get the soak and pedi I wanted. I realized it was gel once he started to get the blue light. I said that I originally wanted a pedicure-like the girl next to me literally getting the same thing-but since they already started to do my shellac I said okay it's fine...it wasn't fine, but at this point, I had a rough day and just wanted to be done because the one way I was going to treat myself clearly isn't going in my favor. Then, he continued to put on the polish. It glooped on my toes. He smeared it clean instead of getting polish. I had to tell him to please clean it off. changing the nail color on my "small" nails costs $30!?!? I get amazing manicures for that. I was NOT impressed (again) and will NOT be returning. read more

This place is really pretty and has a touch of elegance with their high ceilings and pretty chandeliers. Only a couple of them speak English but everyone communicates together so you get an understanding/get your needs met. Did a Wonderful job on my nails. Everyone was VERY NICE. Going back for my second visit-for Dip Nails. Also love that u can make appointments-they were SO nice on the phone. They're up the rod from my house so I love that. So glad they opened there. Also love the full windows, nice to look outside while getting serviced. read more
