We had an appointment for a certain time, and weren't seated until over a half hour later for our pedicures. Ventilation and cleanliness weren't the best. But the most distracting thing was the young boy who was there- he was going around touching the tools, touching my niece's toes as she was trying to have them dry- and asking incredibly rude and personal questions. He was a bored kid being a kid- but when you hope to relax at a salon a bit, and pay to get a service done, he was being disrespectful and disruptive- and made me question the cleanliness, as he repeatedly tossed tools jnto foot baths and dug his hands in there among other things. I understand that daycare may not always be possible, but please ask him to be respectful. We won't return. read more

Nice Salon. I always get great service and my nails last a long time. Really good prices. My personal favorite is Q. The pedicures are fantastic too! They must have 1000's of colors of polish and powders for dipped nails. I will never go anywhere else. read more

RUN DON'T WALK!!! I walked in with AWFUL nails from a different salon. I walked out with beautiful nails, NO lift like the previous ones, and amazing color! All thanks to Henry! The nail techs are very friendly and accommodating! Will be my go to place from now on! read more

I got a full set acrylic with gel polish. They started falling off in 7 days. The women kept talking to other workers in different language. I feel that its RUDE. She couldn't speak English very well. I p as id 55.00 plus tip and the full setdidnt last more than 7 days they started falling off. Crappy work. I wont go back there. I cant stand all the chatter with different language in front of customers. Its rude. Their work stations are messy and dirty. Nope..never go their again. read more

I'm very disappointed, I went to get my eyebrows wax and she charged me $15.00. When I was there two months ago she charged me $12.00, plus she lied to me! I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are way overpriced for everything!!! read more

I'm here visiting family from Dan Diego and I was already hesitant to stray from my usual manicurist out there. But my nails were way to grown out so, I had to give in and go get my nails done here. The staff was nice but, he took two hours to do what should have been a 45 minute job. And my nails started chipping within TWO Hours of me leaving the salon and I was not doing anything rough to them. I woke up this morning and it three more nails chipped off in My Sleep! Plus the top coat started peeling off every single nail.I have been getting gel dip for two years and I have never had my nails fall apart like this, especially not the same day I got them. My gel dips usually last me at least 4-5 weeks and this place couldn't even make them last 24 hours. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and will be seeking a refund. $55 for a nail job that's worth about $5. I'll update you on how they react when I show them how messed up my nails are. ......Update, I went back and the guy was very nice and fixed my nails for free. I think we came to the conclusion that the glitter he used on my nails didn't have enough of a powder base and that's why it fell off so fast. He did a good job fixing my nails but two of them did chip right away. I'm traveling so, I can't go back for a third time. I noticed he didn't put the clear base on before using the color dip and the top coat seems different than what I usually have so, maybe it's one of those that causes it to chip so fast. It wasn't my best experience but I do appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to fix my nails. If I end up in need of another manicure while I'm in the area again I would consider this place. read more

Prices are a little spendy and there are new faces all the time. Have to go back tomorrow to get a few things corrected on a brand new set of acrylics. Been going there for yeats and service has really fallen off. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Communication was very difficult, they didn't clean or sterilize ANY of their equipment, and my nails look bumpy. The worst nail experience I've ever had. Do NOT go here read more

Went here for my very first pedi a few months ago. When my friend and I went, there were only two ladies working and it wasn't busy at all. It was a nice atmosphere for our first pedicures since we didn't know what were doing. We got to soak our feet in an awesome foot tub while we sat in massage chairs. They even give your a nice foot and leg rub. The one lady, Cindy, yelled playfully at my friend. "Yo nail too short!!! They too short, supposed be longer! Like mine!! See, see, look mine!" It was hilarious. After that my friend didn't cut hers until we went back. Our second time was just as good. A bit busier, there were about 4 people working then. Two different people worked on our feet that time, and they were just as friendly. Regular pedi costs $27. Pretty cheap compared to the spas. read more

The male manicurist were very friendly quick. I did ask for coffin nails and they gave me almond. I showed them a pic of the color that I wanted and they were unable to provide it ( it was a pearl color). I ended up going with something super simple for them (Matt finish). Nothing special. My daughter also asked for coffin nails but, her nail technician was being instructed on the nail process. Her nails also aren't the coffin shape that we requested. She didn't get color or anything special either just regular acrylic with a shine over it. We received a $114. My gel polish lasted all of one day and then was completely ruined. I wish I would've followed the review and avoided the salon. read more

Went for a mani and pedicure for my birthday. Was so disappointed. Paid extra for shape and gel and my polish wasn't consistent and shape was dull and uneven. Very unclean as well. I will never return. Advise others to stay away. read more

Been going for awhile! Always make me feel like their talking about me as they speak only their language and when you speak to them they ignore you! Unless you have a problem then they speak English real fast!!!Prices have jumped from from 27.00-30.00 the last two increases only weeks apart, I don't mind an increase but don't do less!!!Charge more less service this time they never trimmed my cuticles and only cut 2 toe nails! Last time I used my debit card and they wanted to charge me for using it! I'm done. read more

During my first (and will be only) visit at this salon, I got a shellac manicure. Overall, the manicure turned out quite well. However, my only question is: does this nail salon EVER clean up? Dust and debris were observed on the manicure stations. Layers of dust were on the bottom of the manicure chairs. Dust on the wooden clock in the back corner. A dead fly in the sink when I went to wash my hands. I was very grossed out. I would not recommend this place unless they shut down for three days to do a deep clean of their nail salon. I honestly wish I would have just walked out when I initially noticed how dusty / dirty it looked. I am now concerned that their manicure tools are not thoroughly cleaned and wonder if I will get an infection from their lack of cleanliness. read more

I was going there for many years. Stopped going because I was charged a different price the last 3 times I had been, so I stopped going for about 2 years, thought I would give them another try.. NOT! I signed in, waited 1 hour for service then they proceed to take the person after me, I said something to them but all they wanted to do was argue with me how she was first.. No she wasn't.. piss poor service if you ask me, minds made up I won't be back...ever.. go at your own risk! read more

Excellent pedicures for cheap! $25. You get to sit in massage chairs and hot bubble bath for feet while they trim and groom. You get fantastic leg and foot massage with foot mask and hot towel treatment. You usually have to pay upwards of $30-50 just for this kind of treatment. And they have a huge tv (though I sit on the chair reading my iphone like an obnoxious prissy princess) while I get my pedi. Their manicures are also excellent. I have gotten acrylics before but am not entirely sure that they do Minx or gels like I wanted. Only con is that I can't understand a thing they are saying. But that doesn't stop me from going. They are very sweet people. Love the place! read more

This was the dirtiest, worst place I have ever been. There was no ventilation. There was an inch of nail dust on everything. After they finished using the tools on my nails, they brushed it on the same towel they used on my hands and put it back in the drawer for next use. Which by the way, they used the cuticle cutter on my nails so much that it hurt AND bled everywhere. When I told the lady to stop, she said "no, I have to get the skin." And kept pulling my hand back. If you care about your health, DO NOT go here. read more
