If you advertise walk-ins welcome, then accommodate a walk-in (or as in my case 2x, a call-in). If that is limited to hair cut only, then say that. For me? 3 strikes. Time to find a new salon.

Why didn't she tell the other lady not to have us wait? i don't know how they run a salon in a busy shopping center with 2 beautician! And the company doesn't give employees a break?
