First, the technician never asked what base color I wanted. He also didn't clean or trim my cuticles, and when I politely asked why, he told me I needed to "schedule a manicure." That was confusing because my friend, who was seated right next to me, didn't schedule one either -- yet her technician took care of her cuticles without issue. I also pointed out that the polish on two of my nails came off but he completely ignored it. For $100 (nails and a pedicure with no color), I expected at least decent quality. Unfortunately, the end result looked rushed and unprofessional. After I paid with card the woman at the front kept saying "OK, bye" while I was trying to get my wallet out to take cash out for a tip , which came across as rude and dismissive. I still left a tip out of respect, but the overall experience made me regret coming here -- especially since I brought a friend for our first outing together. I paid for my friend because I felt bad for bringing her there in total it was $160 with tip Once a couple of new clients walked in, everything felt rushed and careless. It's clear this salon prioritizes speed over service. Sadly, this was my first and last visit.

Unfortunately, my condition worsened, and after seeing both my primary care doctor and a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with a nail fungal infection. I've since had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to correct the issue and have been prescribed medication that is known to be hard on the liver, which is not something to take lightly. On top of that, I've dealt with the embarrassment of how my nails looked. The most disappointing part has been how this was handled. I requested John's license number and the salon's liability insurance information, and Lisa and her husband refused to provide either. If you're considering this salon, I would proceed with caution. There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that prioritize client safety and transparency.

The waiting area was actually a husband's waiting room, complete with a bar. Lol I met up with my friend there and we had a minute to chat before we were called back for our service. We were each seated at our own pedicure station and asked what we would like to drink. They do have complementary Mamosa's, but I am unable to drink orange juice, so I just got a glass of champagne. We sat with our feet soaking in catching up for about 5 to 10 minutes. I absolutely loved that part of the service as the places I typically go to immediately start working on your feet. This was great that our feet were able to soak and we were getting a chance to relax and get settled in. The entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The young woman who was doing my pedicure took her time on painting my nails, and they still look great a week later. My friend and I have already agreed that we are definitely coming back again to get facials and pedicures.
