Poor Quality -- Very Disappointed…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but I had to share my experience here. From start to finish, my visit was disappointing. First, the technician never asked what base color I wanted. He also didn't clean or trim my cuticles, and when I politely asked why, he told me I needed to "schedule a manicure." That was confusing because my friend, who was seated right next to me, didn't schedule one either -- yet her technician took care of her cuticles without issue. I also pointed out that the polish on two of my nails came off but he completely ignored it. For $100 (nails and a pedicure with no color), I expected at least decent quality. Unfortunately, the end result looked rushed and unprofessional. After I paid with card the woman at the front kept saying "OK, bye" while I was trying to get my wallet out to take cash out for a tip , which came across as rude and dismissive. I still left a tip out of respect, but the overall experience made me regret coming here -- especially since I brought a friend for our first outing together. I paid for my friend because I felt bad for bringing her there in total it was $160 with tip Once a couple of new clients walked in, everything felt rushed and careless. It's clear this salon prioritizes speed over service. Sadly, this was my first and last visit.

I sat there for what seemed like forever it was at least 30 mins while staff walked around chatting in their language. Then a new lady started on my toes. She cut me twice and I told her that it hurt. She lightened up but she was SLOW and seemed to be asking questions of others on how to do the pedicure. She used a grater on my soft parts of my foot. Then someone else painted my toes. That lady did my acrylic fill She seemed to know her stuff but still but my cuticles. My pointer finger is crooked. Don't go here.

The nails were uneven, bulky, poorly shaped, and looked rushed. We expected much better workmanship for the price. Rather than immediately leaving a negative review, we returned to the salon and calmly showed the owner our concerns, hoping they would make it right. Instead, the owner refused to fix the nails or offer any type of refund. Even more disappointing, she raised her voice at my daughter and told her she would not correct the work. Everyone makes mistakes, but great businesses stand behind their work and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, we experienced neither. We paid a premium price for poor-quality work and were left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Based on our experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

I was a repeat customer here, visiting six times between December 2025 and March 2026, and I did…read morenot go to any other nail salons during that time. At my last appointment (March 17), I told "John" that my fingers were sore. I was told it was just dry skin. Unfortunately, my condition worsened, and after seeing both my primary care doctor and a dermatologist, I was diagnosed with a nail fungal infection. I've since had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to correct the issue and have been prescribed medication that is known to be hard on the liver, which is not something to take lightly. On top of that, I've dealt with the embarrassment of how my nails looked. The most disappointing part has been how this was handled. I requested John's license number and the salon's liability insurance information, and Lisa and her husband refused to provide either. If you're considering this salon, I would proceed with caution. There are plenty of other nail salons nearby that prioritize client safety and transparency.
