Texted my stylist four days in advance to make sure I could get everything done that I needed to which was color, highlights and cut. I was assured that I would. Confirmed my appointment two days prior. On the way to my appointment, I get a call that my stylist was ill and could I reschedule for next Tuesday. I have personally been present while certain employees were talked about negatively in front of me, which I found completely inappropriate and very unprofessional. The mother-and-daughter owners create an uncomfortable environment, and their treatment of the employees speaks volumes about the kind of business they run. I should not have to sit in a salon as a paying customer and listen to employees being discussed or put down. I would not recommend this salon. There are plenty of businesses where you can get good service without having to witness this kind of behavior from management.
