I am in my early 40s and I just haven't really had the time to do anything for myself until recently. The facility was very clean and nice inside. The bathroom was clean and stocked. But that's about all the positives I have to say about my experience. I came for a 90 minute pumpkin spice head spa and a pumpkin spice facial. I was hoping for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but what I got was a repetitive hair wash, burned face and sweaty body. We started by the tech asking me if I wanted my head spa and facial in the same room or a different room. I have no idea, I've never had either before. So I opted for same room. I thought the question was strange. The bed was turned up to what felt like 2,000 degrees and it was rock hard. I was sweating the whole time. The tech didn't really tell me what was happening during our appointment. But she did say I'd have two masks on my face and light pressure massage. The first mask was incredibly uncomfortable, itchy, hot, burning sensation. While it was on, the tech gave me a hand and arm 'massage'... which wasn't anything more than a light layer of lotion getting put on. No massage was really given. She washed my hair, rinsed it, rinsed it again and again and again with the sprayer and the water halo. The water was also 2,000 degrees. During this entire process my hair was rinsed 6-7 times, washed once or twice and then we got to brushing, where the tech ripped through my hair. There was nothing in the head spa that said to me 'pumpkin spice'. The facial portion had a pumpkin scent, but was just not worth the $95 it cost me. There was zero pressure in the shoulder massage portion. My neck never got massaged. I was so so so hot the whole time. There wasn't anything i expected. No water globes, no cool eye mask, no use of sound (asmr), no facial rollers, no lip scrub, nothing. In the end, I spent 2 hours of time and over $300 to leave with product still on my face along my hair line, no relaxation and a sweaty body. I am not happy with my experience and I will not be returning.

My experience was to be blamed for usage of outside of salon products we used prior from the first and only time we were on her salon and my minor daughter was her client. Right from the beginning she was dismissive towards me, the mother, over the length of haircut she was to receive, blamed me and her for the reaction to the bleach for the products used and well water exposure. When we came back to the salon for the fixing appointment and she told me I was very stressful and rude, and left her with dark roots and untoned yellow hair. My friend has been crying for 6 days because she can't even run her fingers through her hair without pieces of it breaking in her hands. Her hair before allowing Grace touch her head had perfectly bouncing ringlets. Today her hair is straight, and chunks of it are starting to look like dread locks. Grace has not only refused to speak to her after she did this, but she went so far as to blocking my friend on all social media, including blocking her phone number. When she's called to speak to the owner, the only thing she was told is "A stylist will call you back." No one has called her back after 12 attempts. As a business owner you should be ashamed that you allowed this to happen, not to mention my friend deserves a refund because her curls will NEVER be the same again. I do not recommend any one who lives in this area step foot through their doors unless they never want their hair to be healthy again. And I would suggest to this owner that Grace spend more time assisting because she clearly needs a little extra knowledge on chemicals and curly hair.
