I know that most of the other girls in the salon are great also. I also get my nails done by Lacey and she does great! I feel like this with both of them that I feel great when I leave definitely is an awesome place. The only complaint I have is that the chairs you sit under the dryer with are to uncomfortable and wish they had the cushy old fashioned chairs. That's pretty much it though the salon is clean and inviting.

Two minutes after leaving the voicemail I received a generic email canceling my appointment. No phone call, no apology and no explanation. I wasted a 45 minute drive one way and my fuel to get there and back. Things happen but a business should have the courtesy to contact its clients ahead of time to cancel or reschedule. Save your time and money and take your business to a salon that will actually treat its clients with courtesy.

I wasn't able to find anyone local, so I drove an hour and forty minutes to have Laura cut my hair. The receptionist were personable and welcoming. I appreciated the relaxed, down to earth atmosphere of the salon and the other stylist that worked there. (I hate when you walk into a salon and you can smell the pretentiousness radiating from the staff.) Laura was great. She was friendly, she listened and gave my hair her full attention. I got a good feeling about it the second I sat down. I got a great blowout and was referred to some conditioner and shampoo for my hair than what I have been using. The hairdresser didn't even laugh when I told her I generally pick up whatever is on sale at Meijer. She did a lovely job. She just told me how damaging it is to that, no judgment. She uses Pravana salon products. They have weird hours, but just call ahead.
