They have a huge selection of dip powders and also offer builder gel, shellac, and lots of other options. One thing that really stood out to me was how seriously they seemed to take cleanliness. While I was there, I saw them constantly cleaning and disinfecting the pedicure stations between customers and sanitizing their towels and equipment. Everything felt very clean and well maintained. Hailey did my nails, and she was wonderful! She was kind, gentle, very detailed, and took her time to make sure everything looked great. I have natural nails and was a little concerned about using a drill on them, and she really listened to my concerns and worked with me instead of just doing what she normally does. I really appreciated that. I got a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure for around $100 total, which I thought was a very fair price for the quality of the service. My nails and toes turned out beautiful. I'll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend Hailey and Luxe Nails!

0 stars if I could. The management at this salon is…read moreabsolutely awful. The way the salon workers are treated is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness as a client. I have personally been present while certain employees were talked about negatively in front of me, which I found completely inappropriate and very unprofessional. The mother-and-daughter owners create an uncomfortable environment, and their treatment of the employees speaks volumes about the kind of business they run. I should not have to sit in a salon as a paying customer and listen to employees being discussed or put down. I would not recommend this salon. There are plenty of businesses where you can get good service without having to witness this kind of behavior from management.

The only issue I had was that I wanted the same color on my nails and toes. It turned out that they didn't have the same color in the dip so Tina put a clear dip base and the gel polish over it. She assured me that it would be identical. It isn't but I can live with it. That is the only reason I gave a 4 rating.
