Looks like Let's Pho has updated their menu and have some new stuff now!! Obsessed with their crispy pork it was so good. Crispy, juicy, and very well seasoned. You can also add a beef rib to your pho for an extra $8 which is not bad at all! Really enjoyed both dishes. Pho was pipping hot when it came out too had to wait for it to cool down, which I don't mind because I know my food isn't coming out cold at least. You have try their wings if you haven't. I'm obsessed with the garlic butter flavor. Egg rolls are sold, but if I had to choose certain appetizers it would def have to be the wings or crispy pork!! It's freaking delicious. The owner witch I forgot to get his name is so nice and kind and outgoing. Made conversation with me answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable in the establishment. after I got my food he checked to make sure I got everything I ordered. He literally went above and beyond for me. Excuse my language But this place is F##ckin delicious!!!!! And the iced coffee is also to die for Better then starbucks trash!! Decent pho out in Alvin. The beef they use for the pho is definitely quality meat. Super tender and flavorful. I wish they gave me more. So we were looking for some place different today and when I saw they had Rock and Roll Tofu on the menu I knew this was the place. It's just a small place in a strip mall but it's clean and the people are friendly. The young lady seated us as soon as we walked in and gave us our menus and took our drink order. She was the only one working so we waited a little for her to take our order but it wasn't a big deal. We ordered the Vietnamese fried egg rolls and two orders of Rock and Roll Tofu. It was perfectly timed as we got the egg rolls, which were freaking delicious, before our meal, and then got our meals a few minutes after finishing our egg rolls. The egg rolls came with fish sauce, which I love, and really fresh lettuce. The tofu came with peppers and onions, rice and more fresh lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes, and cilantro. The sriracha sauce and chili sauce are on the table for your enjoyment. All in all it was a great place and we will definitely be back! read more

This place is a jewel! The VEGAN options here are fire! I am so glad my wife & I discovered this place! I am a huge Banh Mi fan, HUGE; that's actually my favorite thing right now for about two years! Yum! Here is the -Tofu Pho: very good; light, fresh, & very filling. This dish usually gets us tow meals. Get it to-go for later. -Rock N Roll Tofu: This has to be one of the BEST Vegan Dishes in the area. The tofu is sooo crispy with an amazing flavor. -Tofu Bahn Mi (cut the mayo): as mentioned earlier; I love Banh Mi's! This is a delicious choice! Let's Pho... I love the name. I've wanted to go here since I saw the sign. I checked the reviews out on Yelp here, and was kind of discouraged. But upon actually trying it for myself- impressed. This place is a game changer for Alvin in my opinion. It's REAL pho, not watered down broth you may find elsewhere. It's kind of hard to find that "authentic" in Brazoria County. But, here we are. I'm really happy with my experience here. Recommendations by the owner were great. If you have questions about the menu, they're happy to help! I'd suggest going in to eat, even though takeout would be fine. It's just that much better served hot and fresh from the kitchen. Seating: There's maybe nine or so tables here. It's smaller, but it's a comfy restaurant that's not cramped. I didn't expect a huge place, by any means. Even with a full store, you'd have plenty of table space and room around you. Meal: The special roll by itself was 5/5 stars. I was in love with the pork inside of it, and the tasty sauce that accompanied the rolls. I know a couple people already I'll be bringing back here just to try these. Ask the owner about this one! It's tasty and was prepared just right. I ordered the "small" brisket pho. It's not small, by any means. I was so full, I felt rude because I couldn't finish it. But, I'm glad I tried it. The veggies were fresh, and the actual brisket in it was divine. Extremely tender, but not falling apart in your bowl. The noodles were made just right, as well. No skimping on portions here. I genuinely enjoyed it, and now that I'm home, I'm craving it again. Had lunch here and ordered the Combo B. Selected the vermicelli bowl with grilled beef and eggrolls and it was very good. It came with tea for 15.95. My companion selected Combo A of pho meatballs and eggrolls. He said it was Fair for Pho standards. The menu is fairly small. Atmosphere was typical for a quick asian lunch spot. Service was ok. I have mixed feelings. Ive had some good dishes from here but on my last visit i was beyond disappointed. I ordered the fried rice (the first time having it i enjoyed it) but i asked if they could add more fried egg into the mix cause it was severely lacking the first time. They were happy to do so only to find out they charged me like 2.50ish extra per egg. I was not thrilled about it being almost 20 bucks for a simple fried rice meal but i figured lesson learned. I ordered it as To-Go and found it odd to have a second container in my bag but soon discovered it contained my 2 extra fried eggs, both looking like patties you would add to a sandwich. I questioned the employee over why the egg was not incorporated into the rice as I asked for, and she informed me that due to the fact that the kitchen staff does not speak English and they do not speak whatever language it is they speak in the back they are not able to, tell the cooks directly why there was an add on order for eggs. Common sense did not seem to be so common in that moment. I'm not sure why the cooks thought I would want to fried egg patties on the side. I ended up doing something I would normally never do and returned my entire order and they refunded me. They were very kind about doing the refund/return i will say. I just have a hard time understanding how they are running a restaurant where the front cannot communicate with the back for things. I was tempted to go back and download google translate for the entire staff. I would have done so if i was in the servers situation. Don't know if I will go back or not. The big plus is that they have a lot of vegan options which is always a plus. They subbed the fish sauce with peanut sauce which was very nice of them. However, the meal itself lacked flavor. Let me start off by saying that I love all Asian cuisine and it's been very difficult to find places here (Texas) that remind of the previous experience from our last tRavel adventures. However, I decided to take a chance on this little "hole in the wall" restaurant one day (after driving past it for several months) when I was feeling absolutely cruddy, either from the pollution, allergies or just having a difficult time getting acclimated in a new place. All I know is that I was feening for a huge bowl of Pho. The service is impeccable, the sstaff is always polite and accommodating-eager to assist you with an educated food choice of the day. Needless to say I went home bragging about it to my family and now it is our go to for Pho. (I don't have any photos of my food, in this household it never seems to last long for a photo-op. Minimal greet in the door, took 5 minutes just to get a drink order when hardly anyone was in there, can't tell if it's the tea or they don't know how to properly wash dishes, but it tastes like soap. Took it to the waitress and we just get another batch tasting the same (guess we'll find out later if I'm unable to leave my bathroom from it). No ac, no music, to go orders were leaving the place left and right and even the people who were there before us didn't have their food. We just left. Didn't drink the tea, so I'm not paying for it. But I didn't wanna judge the book by its cover so I gave it a try. I ordered small beef pho and my husband order large one. Oh well, my small bowl come with a piece of meat of different type so total of 5-6 pieces maybe. We ordered grilled chicken with rice for our daughter. The chicken was so dry,and it looked like it has been cook for a while and they just reheated it. Never ever again for this place. There's no service there FYI, they take your order,bring the food and that's it,they go back and watch their phone. I want this place to do good and be better . So I've been here a few times always Togo (yes I know Togo pho ew) so I do call ins they say 15 mins usually takes 30 mins sometimes longer . The staff is real nice and pleasant which is nice place is small but at this time does not have high chairs the main reason I can't dine in. The broth has a ok taste but very brown not as clear as I'm use to. They are stingy with the topping and meat like who gives half of a meat ball that's a new one to me . The red chili sauce is something you have to ask for and they have chunks of something in it besides the normal pepper .. overall it's a great addition to Alvin just hopefully needs a little time to straighten out the kinks read more
