Romy was super nice, very reassuring, and all of them helped me move the extra stuff from my car as well. All my more delicate furniture was wrapped nicely and moved carefully. Overall, I went into this with a lot of stress beforehand, but was left feeling reassured and pretty calm. No complaints, would hire again!

The TVs had been placed behind a large mattress during the initial delivery, so I had no way of inspecting them at the time. They remained untouched until the final move out, when the damage was revealed. Despite explaining that the TVs were inaccessible and untouched in storage, they refused to take any responsibility. It's incredibly frustrating to work with a company that doesn't stand behind the quality or care of their service--especially when items are clearly mishandled and then hidden in a way that prevents proper inspection.
