I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. In Central NJ, specifically the one based in Branchburg, I had an excellent experience. The price they gave for cleaning and fixing my gutters blew way the competition's estimates. In fact, one company said, "Go with them. you can't do better." I was home when the two gentlemen came. They were polite, friendly, did their work and were here the better part of an hour. After they took the time to walk around with me. They did an excellent job cleaning all the gutters and fixing one that was pulling off. They took photos and sent the report as well.
