Well, I've never ever used their service, but I never would after what I just encountered with the man in the company truck. While in the car with my sister at a red light, the driver in the blue "Snow Caddies" truck was parked on the right side of the road. My sister waited to assess whether or not the driver intended to pull out at the green light in front of her, like a courteous person. After a generous pause where he made no such move, she started to pull around him and go forward--you know, like a logical human being. But, UNLIKE a logical human being, this was when this non-gentleman started to pull out in front of her--well after the fact that she had started driving around his (illegally parked on the corner) vehicle. She beeped because he clearly wasn't paying attention, at which point he *blocking all traffic now* stopped to yell "Go back to Brooklyn!" with the wit of a 12-year-old. Okay, maybe 10-year-old. Though that seems too insulting to 10-year-olds. Anyways, I myself shouted for him to drive at that point because he was now delaying other cars and being no less than asinine and scaring my sister. That was when he shouted out his window (in the midst of father walking down the sidewalk with his approximately 6-year-old girl, certainly in earshot) an ever brutish "F#@% YOU!" along with waving a certain finger at us. Then he started driving only to slam on his breaks again like a primal idiot trying to make a point. I believe the point was this man would be a gentleman when he comes to remove your snow? To show how graciously he could deliver a service to you? To show what a great asset to the community he and the business he represents are? No, wait, I think the point was actually that you should steer clear of anyone so utterly brutish, verbally threatening, careless behind the wheel, and lacking of morality and competence. read more
