KB Electric - Joe P. putting the finishing touches on this beautiful lighting job they did!

KB Electric

Prompt, professional, and flexible. This was the third job KB Electric performed at our home…read more Hector installed porch lights at the front and rear doors, installed a front door bell, rewired a light socket in the kitchen, and rewired another socket in the basement. The work was done to a high quality, completed on time, and at the price that was estimated. It's also a small business and I believe family owned, so you're dealing with the owners. I can highly recommend their service for residential jobs.

Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable!…read more I am extremely disappointed with DMC DI DOLCE MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS LLC and their complete lack of professionalism and reliability. This company was assigned to me through American Home Shield, and dealing with them has been nothing but a frustrating waste of time. They constantly cancel scheduled appointments or simply fail to show up. It is absolutely unacceptable to have customers rearrange their schedules, take time out of their day, and wait around for technicians who never arrive. When a customer has a home warranty and needs a repair, they expect timely, dependable service--not repeated cancellations, missed appointments, and endless frustration. American Home Shield should seriously reconsider working with a company that treats customers this way. Customers pay for home warranty coverage expecting service, not excuses and wasted time. I would NOT recommend DMC DI DOLCE MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS LLC to anyone based on my experience. Their repeated failure to honor appointments demonstrates a serious lack of respect for customers and their time

Mike Dininno Electric - Track lighting in difficult cement ceiling. A+ job!!

We bought a house with 99-year-old knob-and-tube wiring throughout 60% of the house. It all had to…read morebe pulled out and replaced. At the same time, we wanted to install new recessed lights in several rooms, a new chandelier, had a doorbell that existed in theory but did not actually ring anything, and old thermostats that needed to be replaced. We then had a number of other repairs we realized we needed, and new outlets and lights to install. The project lasted on/off for three months. Mike Dininno Electric was there from the start, and Mike helped us take care of it all. The results, now complete, are excellent. Mike was easy to work with. He's a pleasant guy to chat with and good at explaining the work being done. He was patient in the face of many questions, and we felt we could ask him anything. Beyond just electric, he also gave advice on things like the placement and quantity of lights. He was flexible on the wording of his contract, and flexible in his scheduling, offering to come out on almost any time, any day--whatever made sense at the time. He was always easy to get a hold of. Though Mike did some of the work himself, he has a staff. Pete, who ran the majority of our project, was also easy to get a hold of, did great work, was easy to work with, chat with, and to have around the house. I gave Pete and Mike what I felt were a lot of details, and I can't think of any they missed. You'd expect a house in the midst of this sort of work to be a mess, but they kept it surprisingly clean. Mike also referred us to good people. After the bulk of the electric work, we needed to re-plaster and paint a lot of the house, and his painter friend, Toni, and his staff, did exquisite work. When the installation of a Nest proved a little trickier than anticipated, Mike was quick to call HVAC experts he knew could do it better than he could. Moving into an old house was chaotic and introduced us to a seemingly endless list of tasks. Mike Dininno helped make a lot of it easier.

Mike DiNinno Electric is the absolute best! Mike just finished my condo in Hoboken and I couldn't…read morebe happier. From the initial visit to the final installation, Mike was responsive, punctual and delivered on all promises. We were under the gun with timing and while most contractors promise the world and deliver far less, Mike said he would do the best he could and, in the end, over delivered. He got multiple rooms done in one day and was able to seamlessly hang two large TVs. The work came out perfect and he cleaned up everything before he left. Five star service, A+ experience!! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mike DiNinno Electric.
