As for the food. The first batch was good but it wasn't enough for the amount of people there. 45 minutes later more food came out that tasted lousy. Nobody ate it. At the end of the night the owner gave me a bar bill that was about $150 too much. I decided not to let it ruin my night so I paid it with the tip I had put aside for the servers- who were lousy also. At the beginning of the party, two guests told me they want to have their parties there. By the end of the night they had changed their minds. And one of them was looking for a place in the area to have business dinners. So in the end the owner screwed him self.

My doctor recommended that I have more salmon, so this is a welcome way to get more salmon in my diet. The mashed potatoes are wonderful, but some low carb choices would be better. I also tried the continental wrap with ham and Brie. Very good but if they could have put in a bit more honey mustard and added apples, might be spectacular. Also, the Cobb salad is fresh and delicious. Very large salad with crisp lettuce, bacon, grilled chicken, cheese, avocado and grapes.

She always got right back to us with any questions we might of had. Sam is very accommodating. She worked with us on every detail you can think of. A true professional.... When we arrived at the Loft for our party, everything we discussed was in place perfectly and ready to go. Trish was our Maitre d'. She was also amazing. Her attention to detail was so on point. She made sure everything we asked for was delivered exactly as we had hoped for. She made my family and friends so comfortable. WHEN you book your event at the Loft, you must request her. The venue itself is gorgeous. All of my family and friends were blown away with the decor, amazing food, and service. From the outdoor patios, cocktail hour room, and ballroom, there was plenty of room for everything. We had 146 guests and no one felt cramped. We got the lighting package from them and it looked beautiful. Another great feature about the place is one event at a time. I can go on but to summarize this review, The Loft by Bridgeview out did themselves. Great food, service, and decor. Thanks for everything :)
