Each empanada is fried to order and piping hot, and the fillings are generous and perfectly seasoned. I surprisingly liked the shredded chicken the most, but really any of the 3 were good. The salsa verde for the empanadas is to die for, & really packs a spicy punch!! We shared an order, but for 1 person, this would definitely suffice as an entire meal. Honestly, I ordered food, and this lady swore I'd run off with food that wasn't even in my hand. Idk what type of psd situation she had in the post, but I paid her and watched her every move. The beef was seasoned perfectly. The seasoning made the meat even better and more savory. This was coupled with the delicious citrus and spice of the sauce which comes along with them. Some of if not the best empanadas in Long Island!! If you are driving on Sunrise in Baldwin while they're open definitely make a stop, if you know you're going to drive past it. Call in an order, they are quick efficient and delicious. After finishing boxing training in Freeport I called in my order of three empanadas, maduro and a water, it was ready in the 5-10 minutes it took me to get there.
