The tasty taxi 4/5…read more The food truck was a nice quick stop, family owned. I appreciate the kind welcome and felt like family. Food was okay and I wish quality was just a bit better for the price. The food kept me content so not much to complain about. Dishes ordered: Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bites Buffalo chicken: 4/5 I loved that the tortilla was stuffed with chicken and cheese, they weren't skimpy with the filling and it was toasted perfectly. Had a nice crunch but wasn't burnt. There wasn't much spice, felt like it was just a taste chipotle sauce but no kick to the sauce. I bite into some cartilage when eating the delicious pieces of chicken which turned me off a bit not going to lie. I would definitely order this again just hope I don't get no bones and hope for a bit more spice. Mac and cheese bites: 3/5 You can never go wrong with Mac and cheese, the flavor was fine and the batter was crispy and flavorful. The taste reminded me of Kraft Mac and cheese, boxed Mac and cheese. For 7 dollars I would of liked homemade Mac and cheese or maybe it was lacking spices? I'm not sure but it wasn't amazing on taste. The dish was not bad at all just had higher expectations. They have more options on the menu that I'm sure taste great. I love the family feel to the truck and would come again. Personally I believe in quality over quantity, so if the portions are going to stay the same maybe some higher quality spices or ingredients. This is just a personal preference.

I ended up getting a large O.M.G. acai bowl ($13 cash) which was very filling and very delicious! I did not wait long for my bowl either. The staff that was assisting me behind the counter was very nice. There was plenty of seating inside and there was even some seating outside in front of the store which was really nice as well as the whole deli is on a 2nd level so you're above the street level. The place was very clean and had a lot of natural light coming in. There were some parallel parking spots directly in the front as well as along the sides. P.S. If you pay cash, it's slightly cheaper.
