Jason and the AAA Royal Catering team are incredible. I am writing from Make-A-Wish Metro New York and Western New York. I recently had the pleasure of working with them for 2 recent wishes to have a sweet 16. Jason and his team went above and beyond to fulfill what our wish kids were looking for and maximizing our budget. They were creative, flexible, responsive, warm, so easy to work with, they answered all of my million questions leading up to - and even during - the events. One of our kiddos dreamed of a dessert table, and the desserts they provided were incredible and a huge hit. Our other kiddo wanted food stations with a variety for their guests to choose from. Jason and his team were happy to assist in any and every way, even with super last-minute changes - including changes DURING one of the events. Mario served as a mocktail bartender for both of our wishes. He was absolutely amazing. He was so great with the kids and happy to help, and he even stayed later than planned just to make our wish kid happy. The mocktail bar was an enormous hit at both parties. Jason and Mario made both celebrations so special and successful. I could not recommend them more highly for your event! From the moment I contacted Tony about having an Oktoberfest in my backyard it was clear he could make my dreams a reality. Besides offering a huge array of options, it was all delicious. Beyond that, the two waitresses he sent to serve the food and help went above and beyond. Including trying to fix a door knob that one of my guest broke!! They left my kitchen spotless. They served all the food on time and hot. They made sure everyone had what they needed. It was just a wonderful wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. read more

Just used for the first time. Wanted to entertain a group of friends without doing the work. Had them at my home, 2 waitstaff (Elaine and Robert) and it was such a pleasure. Passing service for the cocktail hour, all the dishes done (I used my real plates and serving dishes so it looked nice) and kept refilling drinks etc. Everyone enjoyed the "royal" treatment but in the comfort of my home instead of a restaurant. We hired Royal Catering for our wedding reception and were blown away by the service! Leading up to the event, we went back and forth with Tony on several versions of the menu. He was very patient with our requests, made several great suggestions and sent new invoices immediately after our conversations. On the day of the reception, The staff were courteous and personable, I loved working with them. Several of our guests had come up to me during the night to complement the food and the staff as well. They brought their own grill and tent to set up, prepared hors d'oeuvres & dinner for the guests, and they cut & served our wedding cake (which came from another source, so technically they did not have to). They used our kitchen for the appetizers/coffee prep, and left everything completely spotless at the end. They even prepared leftover trays for my bride and myself, since we were too busy taking pictures and mingling to eat. Tony, Thank you for helping us celebrate our Twin daughter's 30th Birthday with the "Most Amazing" pig roast along with the southern bbq menu was absolutely delicious. WOW...WOW....WOW!!! Royal Catering catered my husbands 40th Hawaiian Luau and boy it did NOT DISAPPOINT!! The food was top notch!! Once again, Tony did an amazing job catering and his wait staff did an outstanding job tending to all the guests at my son and his fiancés engagement party! Compliments were non-stop!!! From the moment they arrived, the ladies took complete charge of everything! I was able to enjoy my guests and knew the prepping, cocktail hour, dinner and dessert would be handled to my standards!!! I was planning an engagement party for my daughter and her fiance' and as usual was going to do all of the cooking myself. The week before the party I broke my foot and had to stay off of it and couldn't stand up to do the cooking for the party. Enter Tony. Tony and his crew were amazing! He worked with me on the menu and adjusted things per my request up til an hour before the party. The food was delivered on time and was delicious. Everyone at the party commented on the quality and taste of the dishes Tony prepared. Tony set me up with Tom the tent guy who was also terrific. He put up the tent and delivered tables and chairs so I didn't have to do a thing. I would recommend Royal Caterers to anyone having a party. They are spectacular. read more

My wife and are very particular and I mean very particular when it comes to food and service. From the initial call, to our multiple follow ups to add to the menu / review the menu - to the set up of bbq food bar etc Tony and his crew were unbelievable. Everyone and I mean everyone at the party raved about the food the chefs the waitresses and the bartender. They were all in non stop "hustle" mode and could not have been more accommodating.
