Well, I got screwed by LetsFlyCheaper. They booked 4 business class seats from me from MIA to Italy and return on Iberia ($13,600). We booked these to take a cruise that left from Venice to Barcelona. When Covid-19 came along, they would only ask Iberia to give me a credit, not a refund. They said that only if the flights were canceled by Iberia would they issue a credit. A month before the flight I told LetsFlyCheaper that the US was saying to not fly to Spain or Italy and when I tested booking my same flight on Iberia's website they said I had to quarantine for two weeks upon arrival so I told this to LetsFlyCheaper and they said it was very difficult to reach the airline. I called Iberia and got right through. Then I found out that the flight had indeed been canceled--3 weeks before! Iberia advised that to get a refund the travel agent had to ask for a refund. LetsFlyCheaper continues to advise there is nothing they can do. Crooks. read more

Worst experience for Business Class tickets - poor seating, very poor customer service & complaints to management in writing have been ignored. I was overcharged on baggage as my 'connecting' ticket was not marked as a follow through even though I had checked in other service. Refusal to pay the cost of excess baggage even though a credit card statement identified clearly amount charged. Firstly, it would've been appropriate for management to respond to me and assist in resolving this matter, Secondly, the approach used by the booking agents is 'don't worry you can do that at the counter, they know abut this' which was not true. Thirdly as an Etihad business ticket I was entitled to complimentary drop off from the airport to home. Nope, my name was no on the list and I was advised I just needed to go to the Etihad counter to organize a car, so I did and was told it has to be booked in at least 24 hrs before hand. Out of pocket again with a $80 taxi fare. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. read more

I just deleted my previous 5-stars review and I will give a detail review of this company when my flight is finally booked and done. Less than a month ago, I purchased a flight itinerary from Lets Fly Cheaper, Inc., and wrote a glowing review of the Company. I recently learned that the review was unmerited. Lets Fly Cheaper purchases frequent flyer points from travelers who earned them and want to turn them into cash. The Company then uses these points to purchase flight tickets at a substantial discount. Unfortunately, most airlines prohibit the sale of these points. And if the airline discovers one of these transactions, both the seller and the user of the points can be penalized. After planning and booking a five-week trip to China, India and the UAE, I received a shocking email from the airline's rewards program advising that all of the flights Lets Fly Cheaper booked for my wife and me were cancelled. I immediately called the airline, which advised that's its compliance department discovered the unauthorized transaction and took the course of action described in the program's published regulations. The airline also informed me that the practice of selling points had become so widespread, that it was scrutinizing the booking of all flights that use them. Mo, one of the owners of Lets Fly Cheaper, expressed no remorse for what had transpired, other than to tell me he would refund my money. The next morning, when I recovered from the prior day's events, I learned that I could book the flights directly through the two airlines in the original flight itinerary at a significantly lower price. I also learned that better flight options were available for less or slightly more than the amount I paid the Company. Lets Fly Cheaper not only fails to live up to its name but cannot be trusted. I was a little leary about using them despite the glowing recommendations, since there have been cases where the agencies themselves were writing the reviews. But I am happy to say that there was no basis for my concern. Mo, my agent, was nothing short of professional in explaining how they work, or coming up with various alternatives for my flights. That, plus the fact that their final price was $2500 lower than any other quote, made it a no-brainer. This first request of mine was for international flights, but now that I see what kind of prices they can come up with, I'll definitely use them for shorter domestic flights as well. read more

We purchased business class seats from Australia to london. Although they say flight date changes are possible (as with pretty much any business class fare) they are definitely not. I've been trying to change dates for months and now they won't even respond to me. Flights are cheaper yes, but they need to be honest about what benefits you lose in order to get cheaper rates. I would not use these guys again. read more
