From day one they were organized and thoroughly planned out, and they executed flawlessly. They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. The absolute best in every facet of the business: prep, design, price, communication, timelines, and quality. No one better.

Be careful of Lehmann Pool because it is a very DISHONEST company. I will NEVER use it again…read more Definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone to do business with them. They said one thing and pretend to be nice, saying all inclusive package but turns out charging extra once you sign a contract with them. On top of that, their staff is very inexperienced that they struggled in setting up our pool equipments and cleaning our pool. They had to come back many times to get things corrected, only to log more hours and chemicals so that they can charge you more. It has never taken over 2 weeks duration from opening pool to get pool water clear and clean and vacuum to be ready for swimming. Don't ever use them if you need pool ready for party! Due to their frequent Management staff change over (3 managers change within recent past 6 months), customers are given misleading pool package contract information and make it impossible to verify additional sneaky charges that they claimed not included in their so-called "inclusive" expensive pool package, as compared to other pool companies. If you ever need a repair, their parts are 4 times more expensive than the market price. Please consider carefully when picking Lehmann Pools as your company!
