I called the following day and again nobody answered so I left a message for them to call back and guess what. No return call. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.

Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

By the way, I support giving customers time and space to explore inventory, but this wasn't the case at all. We had to initiate every interaction. It felt cheap. The showroom is located in a dilapidated strip mall. We pulled in on a weekend afternoon and there were no cars in the lot. We seriously wondered if we misread store hours. Nope - we arrived in the middle of the workday. Everyone loves a good deal, but the lack of effort from the employees was highly concerning (as other Yelpers have experienced). I was so excited two years ago and this is what my pool has looked like for most of the summer. To be very clear, my beef is with the manufacturer/US Distributors out of Atlanta GA. Their customer service is well below acceptable. In a conversation a few weeks ago, one of their staff members (Jeff) actually laughed when I told him I had a green pond in my backyard with frogs. It's not a laughing matter, period. My pump was sent back to them, at my expense, over a month and a half ago. My pool continued to grow its own little ecosystem. They have neither reached out to address the issue or my concerns. I have been forced to mitigate my damages and prevent further damage to the rest of the equipment, again at my expense. Pool ownership is expensive in its own right but is balanced by the enjoyment it brings. There has been absolutely nothing enjoyable about dealing with this company.
