I never felt unsure of what was happening and what to expect. Every single person that worked on the project was hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. As a side benefit, we also found everyone to be friendly and very willing to give advice and recommendations. We appreciated this because we are new to pool ownership. They use a software called Basecamp to manage the project with all pictures, files, and people working on the project. This keeps things so organized. Second time mid August. I called on a Thursday and they were here first appointment on Monday morning. The service center is responsive and calls you back. They have great communication and clearly outline what to expect. It looked like they may have been training a new person today and the supervisor stayed with him the whole time. I feel like a lot of companies don't take that time and cross their fingers so I appreciate that. They are comparable in price to other spots. But again their communication and service department go above. The storefront on Portion Road also does water testing, I'm thinking this will be my number one go to spot for next summer. I wish I used them sooner.

Well last year's amazing service was no fluke. These guys are the real deal. Called to let us know when they'd be arriving, opened pool and cleaned up. Jon and David were easy to talk to , eager to please and showed real pride in doing an awesome job. It really says something about Leslie's as a company when the employees go above and beyond what is just required to do a job. Jon and David really made sure we understood our next steps and what to expect with the pool. Those extra few minutes they took to provide great customer service makes all the difference. Great company, great customer service and a great job. Opening and closing a pool is a stressful thing. Well it used to be until I discovered Leslie's. I had been dealing with another company and on the phone they always said "Don't worry" but in person it was "We don't do that." After another bad opening experience I took my water to Leslie's to be tested, for free. The only thing I needed to do was run the filter and get the salt level lower. They said to bring a sample in again a week later and sure enough everything was perfect. I scheduled a closing for October and the team showed up as scheduled, big smiles and ready to help. They put both the leaf cover and regular cover on. Explained everything they were doing and noted the account for the things we would need to open pool next summer. They insisted on storing the pump, filter and accessories for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. The team today, Jack and David, were awesome.
