I went to Les Schwab Nov. 30th for the free travel check-up. I was told my battery would need to be replaced very soon, so I opted to do so. I requested they make sure the terminals were adequately tightened as I'd had an issue with that years ago at another facility. I was told that they were tightened but I needed new terminals and to go to O'Reilly's for that. It was my understanding from the mechanic that the issue with the terminals staying connected should be okay unless i was on a bumpy roads or hit a speed bump. I made one stop before i went to O'Reilly's, when I got to O'Reilly's I was told they don't carry the terminals I needed. Got back in the car and the car wouldn't start, one terminal was indeed loose already. The terminals connection with old battery were working and now not. For years, no problem with the terminals staying put with the old battery. It had just been a little more than hour that they replaced the battery so I called them, first call I was put on hold for several minutes then the call disconnected, then when I did speak with someone the attitude I felt was "your problem, not ours" not even " hey sorry about that.' I was surprised and disappointed that there wasn't some kind understanding that I was now stuck because of their incompetence and not even a suggestion as to what to don now, actually Tracy I think it was said for me to find a place that may carry the terminals I need, even still.... my problem not their's that I'm now stuck read more

On a road trip and got a flat. I called Les Schwab to see if they had our tire and they did! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, both on the phone and in person. When we got there you could tell they were busy but they squeezed us in and got us back on the road pretty quickly. read more

I didn't realize Les Schwab did auto repair as well as tires. They offer the service to diagnose - for free! the noise was a wheel bearing going out. They had an opening in 2 days, had it fixed in 2 hours!! The price was 40% less than Wilder had quoted me. Also Wilder had a 4 week wait for an appointment. I was very happy with Les Schwab in Sequim and give them highest recommendation! read more

I went in to get the tires rotated on my new used car; (freshly detailed); I was told I was next in line; an hour later; after I asked why 4 other cars were brought in before me; the young man perplexed said he got confused and was sorry. I had requested them to put my new lisc. plates on; true, not thier job but thought I'd ask anyway; the boy did not do it because the 2 screws looked rusty?? He blew me off when I wanted the history of the tires and literally huffed and walked away. that same kid left a big black greasy boot streak on my newly detailed door. These kids need training in customer service. I will not be back. I will be going to Discount Tire for my new tires & battery.So dissapointed! Other tire stores in Sequim are Costco, Walmart, Discount Tires, probably others. There is always a long wait at Les Schwab, Glad they are not the only Tire folks in town!! read more

We were driving in from out of town to visit a relative. One of our tires seemed to have a slow leak, but we were never in one location long enough to be able to have it looked at. We stopped by Les Schwab ON A SATURDAY, no less, and pleaded our weary traveler case, asking for some help. They were so kind and understanding, took a look right away, found the small nail and patched the leak quicker than we could finish our lunch. Twice now they have helped me with car issues that another mechanic refused to help with (because my car is very old and rusted). They have very quick service. They took my car right away and called me within 1 hour to tell me what was wrong. They took apart my brakes and removed an unnecessary rusted brake plate, put everything back together with two new bolts, and told me my car was safe to drive, all FOR FREE! I am so grateful for their excellent service. I would recommend they to anyone having car trouble. You can tell they truly care about helping people in the community. read more

Drove up to Sequim from California and upon arrival heard a knocking sound from my right front tire. Took it to Les Schwab the next day and Cody and crew took care of it quickly. Found a loose bolt and they also did a tire balance, as requested. Was blessed to receive excellent service. Went to pay at the register and Cody rang up a zero balance. Wow! Today is the 24th of December, day before Christmas, and we ended up with 2 cars having flat tires. Even though we've never been in to a Les Schwab before we have heard such good things about them that we decided to try them. As soon as we drove up someone came outside to meet us, told us he could take the car right in to the bay and look at it, and invited us inside for popcorn. 10-15 minutes later he came out and got us, told us one tire had a screw in it and the other had a bad valve stem. He said he fixed them both, so I went up to the cash register to pay, and get this, they didn't charge us anything to fix EITHER tire. Both fixed, at no cost. I can assure you we will only purchase tires from Les Schwab from now on, and we will return there again and again. So thankful we have a Les Schwab in Sequim! These guys are the best. Not only do they not push to upgrade unnecessarily, they are incredibly helpful with service whether you've been a customer of theirs or not. Twice I've had to get small services there - today for a patch - and they've yet to all me to pay them for it. All with a smile. Great community tire place with knowledgeable technicians. I'm surprised that there is only one review on here, albeit from a tourist. I grew up in Sequim and went to Les Schwab for all my tire/suspension needs on all my vehicles starting with my first truck in high school to my F250 the day I moved to California. There are people working there that I went to school with, hard working guys and girls that are respectful to clients and do a good honest job. 5 stars. read more

Excellent tire service. We called ahead to ask if they had the tire we would need. They informed us of the price over the phone which we found to be the exact price at the register after all taxes. Took over an hour and a half just to get my tires rotated. There were 3 techs on duty, two of them were not doing any actual hands on work while this young guy was busting his butt to do all the work. The only reason I went there was that the rotation was free because the tires were bought there. read more

I noticed a fast leak in my tire, luckily I was only blocks from Les Schwab. I pulled in to the parking lot almost on the rim, let them know I had to pick my son up in 15 minutes. I assumed they would put a spare on and I'd come back for the tire later. They rushed it into the bay and put a new tire on, for free as it was under warrantee, In 10 MInutes! Always great service just don't buy tires. Even their better tires are off brand knockoffs, very noisy and rough riding. Can't wait to need new tires so I can get rid of the tires they sold me. You can find better tires for less just down the street and they will be real name brand tires not some weird tires from China. read more
