Come to find out of course it is radiator fluid. Then I look and see my engine cover riddled with oil everywhere in the groves as if hastily whiped off. I had just washed my engine compartment prior to bringing it in. Shame on them for that. I was told they checked all my fluids and lubricated joints etc. And that the air cleaner was fine for several hundred more miles. Hmm, no one took the cover off the air filter. There are two bolts that need to be removed and they were untouched., The 190 plus they are making an hour, you would think they would have could have taken the radiator cap off, but it was crusty around the edges and the fluid was rusty looking inside. They either didn't bother to look or did care to tell me. Shame on them either way. I am trying to take care of my car why would a professional not let me know the things it will need done. The interior cabin filter was also never looked at, even Jiffy lube looks for these money making items. So $250 plus dollars later, they left me with doubts about even getting a new oil filter, a leaking radiator with rusty water in it a severed hose leading to the engine air filter I should have been aprized of and two completely filthy air filters. And, and no itemized list of the points they checked and the condition there of. Now I see why. Shame on your workmanship and professionalism. Not even trying to help someone to care for thier car. Shame!

From the start, they were honest, straightforward, and took the time to explain what our vehicle needed, without any pressure or upselling. Their pricing is competitive to other quotes we have received. The work was done on time, and vehicles have been running perfect since the work was done. What stood out the most was their integrity - you can tell they genuinely care about doing right by their customers. On our most recent visit, we had a check engine light came on, and a local automotive retailer ran the code as a purge valve issue. Here Bruce's ran a pressure test, and it came back negative. They assured nothing was wrong the car, reset the computer and didn't charge us! It's rare to find this level of honesty in this industry. We will always choose Bruce's and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, fairly priced auto service.

I thought that I was experiencing once again here. I took my Mercedes in for just minor service, oil and filter, inspection, etc. The very next day drove home and oil was everywhere, see photos attached. I was obviously pissed and called them and had it towed back. Caleb was calm and let me know he would take care of it. They put it on the lift, located the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up the mess in and around the engine. It was a brand new O-Ring installed on the oil filter that failed. It was one of the rare "shit happens" incidents. He even gave me some oil sand to take home to use to clean up my garage. My trust has been reestablished with an auto service shop. I will be going back!
