I will say Alan deserves a huge thank you for patiently listening to my complaint re: my EYE EXAM and lens's. He told me what options were available and we decided on what seemed the best choice. I asked to speak with the mechanic who said it was not worth replacing the pull-cord as small engine needed to be replaced, which would cost $350. Suspicious, I picked it up, paid my required $36. for 'Labor Costs'. I brought it to a shop in Sequim. $31, a day later, a new pull-cord and it WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I thought that I was experiencing once again here. I took my Mercedes in for just minor service, oil and filter, inspection, etc. The very next day drove home and oil was everywhere, see photos attached. I was obviously pissed and called them and had it towed back. Caleb was calm and let me know he would take care of it. They put it on the lift, located the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up the mess in and around the engine. It was a brand new O-Ring installed on the oil filter that failed. It was one of the rare "shit happens" incidents. He even gave me some oil sand to take home to use to clean up my garage. My trust has been reestablished with an auto service shop. However, Lippert shipped the wrong parts. Long story short, Lippert shipped the wrong parts 2-more times. In the mean time, we had reservations in a town 3-hours south of Sequim and had to vacant the Sequim RV park. When Lippert finally shipped the correct parts Darren traveled 3-hrs to our next destination to make the repair. My RV Works went above and beyond to complete the repair. There are still people (companies) out there that are willing to do the right thing to complete the job and get the job done right. Hats off to My RV Works, Darren, Anne and Dakota.

I arrived not knowing the shop had closed due to a major accident on the main road closing it for hours. Luckily there were a couple of mechanics there when i arrived who told me why the shop was closed.
