5 stars. Les Ombres is the full package. Food, service, and one of the best views in Paris. Our server Issa made the night. He walked us through the menu with great recommendations, made everything easy despite the language barrier, and helped us celebrate after I proposed to my girlfriend earlier that evening. The Eiffel Tower lights up right in front of you on the hour, which makes for incredible photos and an unbeatable atmosphere. Portions were perfectly sized, enough to satisfy without leaving you stuffed. Get the beef tenderloin if you're a meat lover, it's excellent. Highly recommend for a date night or any special occasion.

The view of the Eiffel Tower at dinner time was beautiful. There are flicker lights that go on on the glass roof/ceiling of the restaurant about a minute before the Eiffel Tower lights start to flicker every hour. The experience was very nice. The food was better than average, but not amazing. We joked with the server (who was super cool) and asked him if bread was always this hard in France. He brought us a nice little dessert at the end to make up for it. I liked the Filet steak. The crab lobster appetizer was interesting! Really light. The Steak tartare was also not bad! The raspberry ice cream was really bright and a little sour. Our bus was cancelled so we were almost 30 mins late, but they were kind enough to keep the table for us. Sat us right by the window! Service was great. Our server was a good dude. If the price was like $200 USD person, it's be 5 stars, but it was $300 (with two cocktails included) - so it required a little more ROI for a the cost.

Literally everything went so well I would really recommend this place. Just they sometimes forget stuff so double check to see if your food comes. I really recommend the pasta.

The view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing and it's incredibly close. No matter where you sit, you'll still get a pretty great view. It's a prix fixe menu and definitely pricey, but you're paying for the experience and the view. The food was good, nothing to complain about, and it worked perfectly for a special occasion or a first time in Paris kind of night. Service felt a little rushed at times, but overall we had a really good time.

Otherworldly experience! The manager was so friendly he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time! He took me back to the kitchen area and showed me how they prepared all the food...I was super impressed with the presentation and the views were insane I got some great photos that will last a lifetime and stay with me to the end of time!

Absolutely beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and amazing restaurant with glass ceiling. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary dinner here and my most favorite place to be in Paris. Food, drinks, and dessert were delicious and worth it!!! You have access to rooftop bar and unlimited opportunities to get your perfect picture!

This is now our favorite roof top bar with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. Nice restaurant but we only had drinks and snacks outside in the bar area. Service was ok but didn't bring all the food we ordered.

I made the reservation for celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary during Honeymoon trip (postponed twice since 2020 due to Covid) in the end of March 2022. The overall experience was excellent. 1-5 stars ranking on each experience. Staff: 5 stars They were kind and service was great. Environment and "the view" of Eiffel Tower: I would say definitely 100% 5 stars. I made the reservation for 7pm and we could enjoy the amazing views of blue hours and night. We could be so close to Eiffel Tower and the lighting golden covering and sparkles for 5 minutes every hour after 8pm was phenomenal. The rooftop terrace of this restaurant was the best location among all locations to see all this! No joke. We felt so exclusive to be there as guests. Food: 4 stars Prix menu for dinner per person is 110 euros but you have to order 2 so we decided to order few dishes. Entrees starter: Confit duck foie gras, Orange and kumquat: 48 euros Melt-in-the-mouth and not so greasy. We liked it. I forgot the other one's name. Viandes meat: Seared Francillin pork chop, Cabbage and charcuterie sauce: 44 euros It was ok. Pork was a little bit dry. Prepared tenderloin of beef from Normandy, Anna potatoes: 48 euros My husband ordered it and he commented that was also ok taste. Dessert: All about the chocolate: 19 euros The chocolate is made from its factories in Paris so we felt like it was a must try. Taste was good. The restaurant also surprised us by presenting 2 small dessert plates with candles on to congratulate our anniversary. That was so sweet! It's a very romantic restaurant that you would like to take your beloved one to go and enjoy the pleasant dinner and view. The staff was offering to take pictures for us (don't even bother to ask) I couldn't recommend it enough. It is worth the money. You cannot find a place to beat it's location, price and service. Side Note: 1. Please Do make the reservation. 2. The restaurant only operates for lunch and dinner. If you make the reservation for 7pm, just patiently wait outside the first floor. The staff will come down around 6:55pm to unlock the door and guide you to the restaurant. 3. The restaurant address: 27 Quai Branly, 75007 Paris, France (technically the entrance is located next to Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac. Not in the same building. 4. Wear proper attire.

The view was the best part of the dining experience at this restaurant. We came here as part of our group dinner for our mba class, the prefix menu left a lot to be desired. The food was awful - I mean inedible. Definitely not worth to command the prices our group paid. Service would be the only star earned by this restaurant. Would not recommend.

Les Ombres, atop the Musée du quai Branly, offers stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. The menu is prix fixe with either a choice of 5, 6, or 8 courses. The food is good but nothing really stood out except for the chocolate dessert. The service was friendly but seemed rushed (once, they took our unfinished plate without asking if we were done). But the view at the terrace was truly breathtaking!

I absolutely loved every bit of my experience at Les Ombres. The service was impeccable, the view magnificent, and the food delicious. It's true that the real star of the show is the magical and wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. There really isn't a bad seat in the whole place, but I will say I felt like I got the best view in the house. I had the Eiffel Tower right in front of me and got to see it all lit up and sparkle during my dinner. The service was outstanding and did not feel rushed at all. I enjoyed all my food pairing and thought the chef did a great job marrying different flavor combination. My only complaint has nothing to do with my dining experience but when I left the restaurant I have to walk through the garden to catch my Uber and the path was very dark and felt unsafe, especially for someone who was walking alone.

Dessert

Absolutely stunning views and fantastic food. Staff was kind in accommodating food restrictions and celebrated our special occasion with us.

I started with the free-range eggs with mayo, and my wife started with the leeks with vinaigrette. The eggs were delicious, but the leeks may have been the best preparation I've ever had in my life. For our main courses, she had the egg muffin, and I had the sausage and mash. Our meal was superb. Whoever is in the kitchen has clearly learned the art of French cuisine well. Service was fantastic, the people-watching (we ate al fresco) was fantastic, and I simply couldn't think of a way to make this a better meal.

Luca Recommended a meal with a mashed potatoes and sausage with French bread and salad and it sounded tasty so I gave it a go! All the flavors went well together; mashed potatoes were well seasoned the sausage had a good flavor, and the salad with the vinaigrette added a crunch in an extra flavor as well. I drank a French hard cider while I gobbled up my meal, which also was new for me and tasted great after I was done my meal. Luke brought me a shot with rum and some other ingredients, including lemon that definitely hit the spot after a good meal.I recommend Brasserie Belanger for anyone near GDN Train Station that enjoys great food and patio dining. Café Mademoiselle was nearby, had a sidewalk full of diners, and I grabbed a table quickly, fearful of getting shut out of lunchtime offerings entirely. I should know better than to order a salad in Paris. Not that they'e bad, simply that they're quite different than California salads. Quite different and not as appealing in my opinion. But another dish was also ordered at my table, an unusual choice for the two of us dining there. It was a special of the day, Araignee de Porc (23€), and not something I'd personally have chosen. It was delicious. French chefs know what to do with this cut of meat (pork) and I was wowed. The salad (Salad Nicoise, 23€) was almost forgotten as the pork dish took center stage. Service here is terse. The restroom is down a steep flight of stairs. The place serves many tourists, and does so in a manner that doesn't inspire one to harbor overly fond memories. But here's the recipe for success: find out what the chef's special is that day and order that. That's how you do Café Mademoiselle.
