I went in for a gel mani two days later i had to go back because it was chipped, while i was there another lady went back for the same reason. Two days after i got my mani repaired it chipped again. I paid more $5 dollars more than i usually pay at my regular place and got a worse outcome. I don't get the luxury of getting my nails done all the time so when I was looking for a place to go for the first time in over 3 years I wanted to go somewhere that I could be pampered for an hour. This place was wonderful!!! As soon as I walked in I was offered a mimosa! I was sat in a spa chair within 10 mins even though they were super busy with a very large wedding party all getting nails and toes done. While I was there I was asked several times if everything was ok. And it WAS!!! Anh did my V.I.P. Pedicure, and Moon did my manicure. I was treated amazing, and I went home relaxed feeling great! My only complaint is I like to see nail equipment sterilized between customers through a heat process and I saw none of that. I like it here but I need more cleanliness so I can't return. I am desperate to find a good nail place- I don't want anything fancy- I just want to walk into a place, be heard, understood and treated with respect. I hoped this might be the place- it is not! Please keep in mind I don't always get my nails done and I don't ask for anything fancy. I simply wanted a dip manicure. I get tired of the gel manicures with my hands getting so hot under the UV lamps! But when I asked for that here- I got some weird combination of dipped powder and gel manicure. When I questioned the person working on my nails- I was told I made the mistake - I was wrong and I NEED TO LEARN how to ask for the correct thing for my nails. Well...when I walked in I got asked what I wanted and I said dipped manicure like it is listed on the menu. They didn't admit they made a mistake! They over charged and tried to charge me twice! I was also unhappy with the shape of my nails. Sadly, I overpaid for ugly nails, a lecture and to continuously be told I am wrong! read more

Treated my wife and her friends to a fun afternoon of manni's and Pedi's (not sure if I spelt that correctly, I'm a dude), for her 40th. They all loved the work done and that the staff made accommodations for all the ladies to sit comfortably close to each other. My wife now has a gift certificate that should last her at least a couple more visits. Nice job Le's and thanks for the memories! The ONLY suggestion I can make, is that you maybe change your gift certificate policy. I purchased a very large gift certificate and the policy states that it has to be used within 90 days. I'm not sure how long nails last, again, I'm a dude, but she could do there VIP manny/pedi treatment at least one more time and still not have used it all. Soo... I'm just guessing but maybe 90 days could be extended to 120-180 days?... anyways thanks again. By the way, I found this place because a lady at Ventura Toyota had some really cool nails and she recommended them. read more

I followed my nail tech, Marissa, over from another salon. Marissa is as good as it gets for nails. She hand draws amazingly and leaves my nails looking like something out of a magazine. I get compliments from everyone who gets a glimpse at them. The nail salon is clean and organized. I've had bad experiences here, but this was by far the worst. Many people have told me that the vibe and people have changed, but I didn't believe it until now. The people here used to be so gentle and nice, but are now in such a rush and don't care about the client. If I'm giving you my money, please check in with me and if I say I don't like something or it hurts when you do that then do something different or stop. I usually get a dip powder at a different nail salon in my hometown so I got a dip powder manicure here last week with Mary. It was too bulky, rushed, didn't look natural, and the nails weren't filed correctly and were sideways. I decided to give them a second chance and come back to get a regular gel manicure since I didn't like the dip powder. However, a man named Tony was being too rough so I asked him to be gentle because my nails are very fragile. When he was taking off the dip powder, he was hurting me with the machine and I would tell him it hurt and he would just chuckle. He would then scrape my nails trying to take off the rest of the powder and again, I'd tell him it hurt. He then turned to roughly taking off the powder with a napkin and broke THREE of my nails after I told him to be gentle. I have spent a long time trying to grow out my natural nails so I asked him if it was possible to just put a fake acrylic nail on only one and cut the rest off to be even. He told me he was going to charge me so I asked why if it wasn't my fault he was being rough and broke them himself. He was being very rude and started laughing at me and brought Mary in and they were both laughing and Tony left and made Mary "finish" my nails. I told them not to laugh and that this wasn't funny, but continued to do so and Tony was hovering over Mary speaking to her. This was VERY unprofessional and rude. If he didn't understand what I was telling him, he could of asked instead of being rude. The whole time after this, Mary was rushing my manicure and left them looking horrible than they were before. I know I have wasted my money twice, but I wanted to be content with my nails, therefore, I have taken them off and started clean. I should of taken pictures before, but I didn't know it was going to be a problem. I'll never come back here. I am very disappointed. read more

First off great customer service! Very fast, and friendly. I've seen friends nails (long and pretty) but with work I decided on short acrylics. Unfortunately it's only been TWO weeks since I got my gel full set, and 4 nails have popped off?! I don't know if that's because I got them so short, but I've had longer nails and they've lasted way longer. I would give this place "zero star" if I could. I have been to more than 50 nail salons in my life and I can say this is the worst nail salon that I have ever been in my life. Workers in this salon just don't know how to do nails. They are lacking of skills. The quality is just like "anyone can do!" I can not even believe how come they are still doing business not having basic skills for nails. So I would recommend you to do yourself! I am sure you can even do better yourself than them. I got a gift certificate to this place and went this past week for a manicure/pedicure. I went in the middle of the week and in the middle of the day so I didn't make an appointment (it wasn't busy at all). They did a pretty good job! The mani- pedi was $35. I also got an eyebrow wax for $11 and was pleasantly surprised by that as well. She didn't spend a whole lot of time shaping but for that price she did a wonderful job. This is a pretty typical nail salon. They spent most of the time talking to each other in another language but they were very friendly. The massage chairs were in good condition which is a plus. I give them 3 stars because they were nice, did good work, and it was clean. read more

I just did a walk in and the service was phenomenal. We were greeted right away by the happy staff and my grandmother and I both received deluxe pedicures and manicures. Our pedicure nail tech was "AMY" and I highly recommend her. Amy was sweet and extremely patient. She also took her time with helping us find the colors that we really wanted for our nails. Her touch was soft and precise and she made both of us laugh and smile with amazing charisma and wonderful personality. I i give them two thumbs up !!!! I have extremely high standards for customer service since I have been inn the field for 12 years, and my expectations were met and beyond that. Also as a bonus the facility is extremely clean and after each customer the nail techs make sure to clean their areas very well and sanitize! Well done Le's O nails!!!!
