This was not the first time that I've been to this nail salon and I usually just go here when my usual nail tech is booked and the service is usually just ok. Anyways,I had my pedicure yesterday and the nail tech was TONY. I was actually surprised how good he did with my pedicure. He was very warm and friendly. He greeted me immediately when he saw me and didn't made me feel pressured with getting a manicure or gel as well (this is how I usually feel when I go to other nail salons).He also took his time with the "pampering" and was not rough at all. He definitely know what he's doing. Will definitely go back if consistent with the service. It might also be my new regular salon to go to. read more

I called and asked how much it would be for a full set pink and white with a flower, they said they had many of different types of flowers they can do asked if I had ig to message them on ig with the picture of the flower I wanted done they can give more of an exact price. I go their ig page message them almost a week later I hear back and was quoted $86! Wow! I can go to another place and get a full set gel with design and gel pedicure with design for $90 or less! I eventually got them done somewhere else had a nail pop off went to get a repair paid $5 I have ombré the lady does French tip I told her It doesn't match it's not what i have, she tells me no it ok you have this, ummmm ok, I ask for another lady to correct it, the other lady does so does the ombré the pink isn't even pink it's more of a tan orange brown color, wtf seriously. It's a PINK and WHITE ombré, she charges me another $5! So I paid $10 for 1 nail repair and it's not even the same color! read more

After a bad experience the manager Brian quickly reached out to me and offered to redo my nails. I was a little hesitant and just wanted the nails removed because I found myself hiding my hands. Well he reassured me that he had addressed the issue and offered another set of nails so I agreed. He personally made me an appointment for him to work on my nails and they came out beautifully. I'm glad I gave them a second chance and left the nail salon feeling great. The quick response to solving a bad experience shows he cares about his customers. read more

Super unorganized . Called to schedule an apt , showed up & ended up waiting for 1 hr. My nails were done sloppy , they had air bubbles & the service was rushed . This was for a full set . Disappointed with nail tech, Nini's work. I requested to get ombré with less pink. Not only can you see the white layer in the pink layer, but when I asked if she could fix my thumb since the pink layer was not even, she mentioned you can't expect all the nails to be the same because it's ombré. She charged me $72. I understand I paid with a credit card but that is way too much. I've previously had ombré done at this place by Lily, who does an amazing job, for way less of the price. As I was walking up to the cash register to pay, I realized I was missing my car keys. So as I turned back to go get my keys from where I was sitting. Nini started to yell at me that my phone is in my back pocket. I don't think comments like these are needed, I'm not a little kid. She didn't even know why I was walking back. Stay away from this place! Especially from a guy named Brian! Could you believe he asked my wife if he could borrow $100??? He then offered to give her a few free pedicures in the future to make up for it but he never made good on it. Every time my wife came to him, he would ask if she could pay this time because he was short on money. I admit, it was my wife's fault for agreeing to let an employee borrow money but she didn't confess this to me until months later, otherwise I would have confronted the guy. Been here twice now and I had good experiences. I felt that the staff was courteous. Someone was always walking around making sure everyone was ok and if they wanted any water or coffee. The guy who did my mani and pedi was quick and very nice. He did a good job and my nails came out great. It gets really busy so I would go early. I walked in Saturday morning and it was busy but I only waited for about 5 min. The salon is pretty decent sized and clean. read more

It's very rare that I pamper myself and I have never had a go to nail salon, until now. This place is small but amazing! The lady who did my nails (I believe it's Naan) was amazing! I mentioned how stressed I have been with work and school and she gave me the most amazing foot massage and hit pressure points to ease my stress. The pedicure was great and relaxing! The only reason why I gave this place 4/5 stars is because when I was getting my manicure it felt rushed and feel like the French tip could have been done better. As far as customer service, they are great. I have worked in customer service for many years and I always expect establishments to treat me like I treat customers and this place did meet my high expectations. Price wise, it is a little expensive for my taste, but again it goes back to the service you receive. I definitely recommend this place and will be returning for all my pampering needs! read more

Came here with my sister to get a full set for her, a fill for me and both of us got a pedicure. First let me start with our pedicures, let me tell you it was amaaazing. Thank you Cindy & Tio for your wonderful service. Highly recommended Cindy (who did mines). They were both friendly & they both introduced themselves as they started our services. Now about our sets..... Tom did a wonderful job with my sisters nails. While Kelly who did mines was horrible. It really didn't seem like she knew what she was doing cause she kept drilling and adding more acrylic yet the shape came out terrible. I asked for coffin as did my sister. (Picture posted for comparison) I'm really sad that my nails didn't come out as nice as I was hoping and I really didn't wanna say anything more to her as she already seem like she was getting irritated with me telling her my rhinestones was getting placed crooked. Another thing is she grinned my cuticles which was really sore. So I just left it as it was and just didn't tip her. Overall next I plan on coming here I'm setting my appointment with either Tom or Lily for my sets and Cindy for my pedicure. read more

I recently moved back from Portland Oregon and have been looking for a place to get my nails done, I tried a few places before Les o Nails and no one could really do the nail art I wanted and didn't have a very wide selection, I've been coming to Les for a month now and they are great! This last time I got my nails done they didn't turn out exactly how I wanted, I called them and asked them if they could remedy the situation, Brian the owner did everything he could to make my nails look exactly how I wanted them and in the end they turned out perfect! They keep up with the latest trends, you can see alll the cool work they do on their Instagram which is what brought me to them in the first place! Well where do I start I recently got a pedicure done and what was supposed to be relaxing and calming experience ended up being a horrible one. I had my appointment first thing in the morning with Mary it took her 20 minutes to do my pedicure and it was not even done correctly because I ended up with an infection on my two big toes. I even had to rush to urgent care to get it drained and was put on antibiotics. I will never be getting my nails done here again. and I've been a long time client since I was in high school, but not anymore. read more

I went here with a friend of mine, we usually go to a different guy over in Ventura, but he was off that day and I really needed a fill. The woman that I had did a horrible job on my nails. She cut me at least 3 times, she didn't clean her tools properly and would poor the polish remover or other liquids back into the bottles when she was finished with them. I don't think they should do that. Then when she painted my nails she didn't do what I wanted for starters. After we left (we wanted to get out of there as quick as we could), I noticed that the polish was lumpy in some parts and she didn't even get the entire nail. I will not be returning here. read more

Came here 10/7/16 I was helped by a few people..a younger lady, believe shes brians wife, an older gentleman, and sebastian. First of all, when i asked if they did ombre, the lady said that they didn't do polish ombre, which i had done here before by brian (orange and pink ombre which i loved) , that they only did almost $50 powder ombre. Im really unhappy with my set. Sebastian did my full set. I was really upset with his service, because he was really rude and standoff-ish. I had gotten a polish change on my toes by the older gentleman who was very very sweet and attentive! Hes the only reason im giving 2 stars. Unfortunately he got held up with another guest so sebastion had to help me. He didn't even offer me a pair of sandals when moving from the pedi chair to the mani chair, just told me come on. Then when it came to the length of my nails he told me very firmly "$27 dollars is short nail" umm no i dont think so, ive gotten longer nails here, not ridiculously long but decent lengths before still for 27. He didnt say a word to me the entire time it was so awkward and i was really uncomfortable. Never asked me if i wanted a water or anything. Then before polish he simply said "money"..didn't ask "would you like to pay before" or anything just "money, you pay before" i gave him my card, i asked if they did military and he said no and walked away, charged my card and came back threw my card on the table with a pen, walked away and came back with the reciept. He was just so so so rude. The polish work was horrible, he didnt go all the way to the bottom of the nail and when i addressed it he made a mess on my cuticle, he didn't even try to clean it up. I will never be returning here. It was waaayy to overpriced for the work and the service. $27 square full set $8 polish change $5 lip wax $22 simple pedicure read more
