I visited the nail salon and got a pedi and a full set . I'm super happy with the outcome. I showed Katherine a picture and she left mine even better. Arlyn did my pedi and it was great!!

On May 25th I came unto this establishment and asked for a GEL pedicure and Manicure, they proceeded to sit me down and the last started on my toes and I got the delux package. Then after a few the girl.came to.do my hands since they were a little busy. As soon as she came I had mentioned I had selected my gel color already to be the same as my toes, but wait she was insisting on me doing SNS not ONCE or TWICE but multiple times after I told her NO! I've had a bad experience with them and I told her but no she kept pushing and and I ended up doing them as I felt pressured. So she proceeded to do them and when we were all sat I paid FULL price thinking they did a good job buy was I fooled. My nails cracked within 2 days!!!! I was so frustrated and mad because she insisted on SNS and she stated it would last 3 weeks trust her. And now here I am having to come back June 1st to fix and error she made for a job that was improperly done. My nails were cracked and horrible. I ended up walking in around 1pm this guy greeted me and I proceeded to tell him what happened and he asked what I wanted I said I want you to fix my nails but I want GEL! So he paired me with a lady she proceeded to do my nails but it was such a inconvenience in my time I had to rush out of there that she only had time to paint my nails clear but they still charged me $25 plus I tipped her $2. Instead of the service being free for some thing that was NOT my mistake!!!& Now here I am 2 weeks in my toe nails are already cracking and peeling , I mean this place is just said. I paid full price and paid again for a job to be trash . This is my second time writing this review as they keep deleting it. But no apology or anything was given to me just waste of my time and money!

I think this place is hit or miss and you have to pick the right nail technician. This can make or break your experience. One time I went there to get a pedicure, they cut my toenail and it was bleeding a little bit. It wasn't severe but took a few days to heal. I was decently happy with the most recent experience and have been here a number of times. Overall the price is reasonable and the place is pretty spacious and clean. My advice is to make an appointment instead of doing a walk-in. If you do a walk-in, they might not give you an experienced technician. I think some of the better ones are Anna and Tom.

Le's Nail and Spa is a newer salon that is located in Duluth. I first discovered this nail salon when I moved to Duluth last year. I was in need of a new nail salon and I actually found this place because of Yelp- since it's literally 5 minutes away from me. First and foremost, I always schedule an appointment, my last salon taught me that! So I never have any issues with getting serviced. I met Anna there and I love her. She seems to be the manager there. She does AN AMAZING job and that's an understatement. (I have a couple photos that prove it) she always does my nails. The prices are affordable and cheaper than most upscale places, which is a plus! What I think everyone will love about this salon is the attention your nail tech gives you, from giving you drinks, and also giving honest advice about certain services. This place is extremely clean! All the furniture and equipment used by the nail techs are modern. They practice good sanitation skills, I've seen it. They offer all nail services you can think of. They also have a waxing studio in the back and they also have tanning. I have yet to try those services yet though. The bathrooms are also always clean which is great, because most places have YET to master that practice LOL. All in all, this place gets 5 stars because they have always gone above and beyond. Although Anna is my regular nail tech, I've been serviced by two other employees of the salon and they all do a great job. The place is always clean which gives me a great feeling about getting my nails done there. Sanitation is key when anyone is messing with your nails. The selection of polishes and services they offer is priced affordably for the public, which is also one of the reasons I keep coming back! They keep my nails looking good at a great price!!! If you need a new salon, try this one! I've recommended at least four people to this salon and they're regulars! So if you don't believe me, you should be the judge and try for yourself! This was my first time getting sns on my nails. Fantastic experience. The pedicure specialists are awesome and massage your legs really well! Everyone was super nice :) Will def be back

This one used to be my favorite nail salon, so it saddens me to leave such a bad review however I if you like more modern nails and good customer service then don't come here. Below are pictures of what I asked for and what I got. My nails were not the shape that I requested, uneven one hand longer than the other. 2 nails broke after only 2 days. They add extra services to my pedicure for more money that I didn't request. If you have an issue they are very rude and ask you What you want me to do? I will never return where my money is not appreciated.

I think this place has great potential, but they were VERY disappointing. My experience wasn't great but it was relaxing to say the least. The decor is nice, the massage chairs were nice, but the staff was not. I'm not sure if it was because of the language barrier but even those who don't speak any English have better attitudes than they did. I was disappointed with my visit because the nail tech did not completely clear off the red polish off my toes before proceeding to do a clear polish(please don't judge my toes!). I'm not the type to say something because you should already know how to do your job or at least use your common sense and know that nobody wants leftover polish on their toes when you do a new coat of polish! Another thing that kinda irked me, but I didn't care for too much was that their Yelp IS NOT updated. I checked in and received an offer for 20% off an early bird service (not even that big of a discount) and my nail tech went to ask the head lady, and she replied with a laugh and said "that's 5 years old!" Very funny... I simply gave them a 20% tip and paid for my service, but I most likely won't be returning in the near future!

It took me a little time to find the right nail salon and nail tech after moving to this area in June. Once Emy did my nails, I knew I had found the right place. She's meticulous and does a beautiful job. She's pretty popular so it's best to make an appointment to see her. You won't be disappointed if you do.

As a nail enthusiast, one of my least favorite things to do is pay someone to do my nails. I'm extra critical because I'm paying someone to do something that I can do pretty okay on my own. I've been wanting to see how nails are formed out of gel and asked if they offered that service using words like "gel" and "extension" and "form." The nail tech assured me he'd do so after gluing on the nail tips. Okay, I've seen gel nails built this way, so I let him continue. He proceeds to pop out the acrylic powder and liquid monomer, instead of a sculpting/building gel. At this point I knew he didn't understand my request. I take part of the blame for not doing my research. His work with acrylics was fine. He'd build one acrylic bead that would cover the entire nail bed and this requires skill and speed. Every now and then he'd build a smaller bead to cover any sparse areas. The acrylic was thin, so the nails look more "natural." He got the shape of my nails right. Almond nails take a lot of work to ensure they are the same length and that the edges perfectly meet at the center tip. The details are in the prep work and the difference is in the care of the cuticle area. In my photo you can see how dry my cuticles look. Not cute. I use cuticle remover in my at-home nail treatments and I've been to places that use liquid cuticle remover to effectively remove any outgrown cuticles. Maybe because the nail tech was already using a drill and didn't want to take the extra step, but he just used a soft drill bit to file away my cuticles. No matter how gentle the drill bit is, if it's touching any area besides the cuticle area, it's going to pull skin. And this leaves me with dried looking cuticles. This place is always packed. Their polish collection is superb. If you want a quick fast service, they can most definitely squeeze you in, as I'm guilty of being a walk-in customer for 2 separate occasions. If you want some quality attention to detail from your nail tech and to not feel rushed, this is not the place for you.

Terrible service they are so rude. Emy was with an attitude the whole time while doing my nails I brought up my thumb being wide she said it was the square shape like no ma'am. This is not worth $70 she was Acting like I'm not a paying costumer I'm so upset I let them know I didn't like them and they blamed me and my "nails" It literally looks like I have toes on my thumbs!! I asked them to remove them I didn't like them and they said to come bck the next day they're such an inconvenience take your money elsewhere and make sure you like them before you pay because they don't do refunds

I'm someone who rarely gets their nails done, so I did some research and asked a few friends and decided to come to this place. Definitely one of the cheaper places to go to get your nails done! I showed my nail technician pictures of how I wanted my nails to look, the shape, and the size. I was a little disappointed that my nails didn't come out as I had hoped but it still looks pretty good...she was very rough when using the drilling tool and a few of my fingers started to bleed (around the nail bed) so that was very disappointing... Overall the service is okay, the nail technician was very nice and I would come here again to get my nails done read more

Even though i didnt make an appointment and showed her a challenge design i wanted, she tried very hard to make it to the closest design. I have been going to this place since the week they opened. I don't currently live in the area but this salon is 1 or 2 salons that I will ever go to. This was the first nail salon experience that had me vow I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always polite and easy to talk to as well as accommodating. Everything is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of seats and space! They also have a ventilation system that allows for a headache free experience. They have a plethora of color options presented front and center. These colors are also well organized and all have a gel counterpart. Prices are comparable to most places. Bottom line, check them out. Awesome service for a great value. read more

I should've posted this on Thursday, two days after my pedicure. 35 dollars later and a 10 dollar cash tip for a pedicure chipping two days later. I knew better than to give this shop another chance. I had to ask someone to help me put my sandals on so I wouldn't ruin my polish. Well the lack luster job chipped on it's on. read more

Bad service. They not only lack skills, but also use low quality hand massage lotion that gave me crazy chemical burn afterwards (I'm not even that sensitive) and my skin on my hands flaked and peeled for a week afterwards. read more

Let me start by sayin I'm a PICKY customer! Coming from the nail business, I know I like my nails a certain way: from shape, thickness, etc. Tom did an amazing job at SNS with added tips (all nails) for $10 extra. He took his time and made sure everything looked good! Highly recommend! read more

This has been BY FAR the worst nail place I've been to. I've been turned down for someone to do my nails because they would be closing in 20 minutes when all I wanted was a simple fill in, and today just topped the cake. I came in with a friend to have a relaxing mani/pedi for my birthday & was half assed the whole time. The lady that did my pedicure (the deluxe 5 ways, which should take at least 40 minutes) only took about 20. She burned the hell out of my leg with the hot stone not once, but three times! I had forgot to pick out my color for my toes before I got in the water so they gave me the gel polish to look at even though that wasn't what I wanted. They told me that they have all the same colors in regular polish so just pick one & they would grab it. After I picked a color that happened to be a mood changing polish & told them I just wanted that color they told me they didn't have it because it was mood changing even though I told them all I wanted was a regular polish that was that color. I wanted a pink & white sns manicure & changed it to ombré after I saw one of the girls who works here with a beautiful set that was done with sns. The guy who was doing my nails should have just said he didn't know how to do that because I would have been fine with getting just color. After he was finished with my nails I realized that they looked AWFUL! When I told someone I didn't like it & I wanted to talk to a manager the guy who did my nails proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone in the store arguing that that is what I asked for. He yelled over me while I was talking to the manager about my terrible experience & even after he sat in the corner & continued to talk about it. This place is so hit or miss it's not even worth it. You either get someone awesome or someone disrespectful who just doesn't do a good job. After still having to pay $60 for everything I will never come back. read more

Never going back. Very rude and not professional. I asked for design(left pic) and left the store with regular french nail b/white (right pic). They Asked for $47 (left) and I paid $40 (right) The lady who did my nail took almost 2hours to paint the design. She said she cannot do exactly the same but similar. However, she painted way off (painting and erasing over and over) so I told her to repaint and she told me she has to take off gel and paint again etc.. making excuses. (She said she asked me if the design was ok but I did not hear anything from her.) So I told her I will not do the design just paint all french. (She soaked off my two fingers only to repaint and painted all crooked). And keep on saying you have to pay forty dollars, its forty dollars.(ok I'll pay) If she can't do the design thats fine, I can change to easier design for her. But how she reacted was really unprofessional. Blaming customers instead of admitting her fault. Never had this kind of experience with other nail shops. Not going back there again. read more

I had surgery recently and haven't been able to get to my toes. The young lady did my pedicure and the young man Eric did my wife's amazing!!!! So thankful! I will be back. I even got my toes colored turquoise with shimmer Eric got me samples. Even when my wife didn't want color and I did he didn't make fun. So cool!! read more

I rely on yelp to help me in search of different places; so I would not have visited Le's Nails (because they weren't on yelp) if it weren't for my husband stopping by for a pedicure. He had a great experience and suggested I try them out. It was time for me to get a pedi and gel mani as I do every 2 to 3 weeks and my husband reminded me to try Le's Nails & Spa, so I did. First let me say, I wasn't unhappy with the nail shop I normally went to, it was just a little further than I liked so I decide to go to Le's since it was only about a 5 minute drive. On my first visit, I was very satisfied with the service and experience I received. Kelly did a great job on my manicure. She provided great service and she was so sweet. I was so pleased with the service and results, on my next visit, I invited my sister along and we both were pleased. Kelly did another great job on my nails and Mindy did my pedicure and she did an excellent job. This is definitely my new spot for manis and pedis. read more

After searching for a good nail salon, I finally found one! The salon is very nice and well put together. The staff was friendly and they had a large variety of nail colors. After signing in electronically I was seated right away. Henry.... and older gentleman listened attentively to what I was requesting and assured me he knew exactly what I wanted. Henry did an excellent job on my nails and indeed did exactly what I wanted. When I came in my nails were thick and round; a botched job from a previous nail salon that I was very unhappy with. He was able to correct the shape to the shape I wanted and make them look thin and more natural! I got the SNS powder btw. I will definitely be back!!!! read more

Le's Nails was a pleasant surprise. I recently started working in the area and I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I have tried 2 other nail salons in the area and they were sub-par. A co-worker of mine told me about this place so I decided to stop by. I was greeted very friendly and promptly at the door, then quickly seated in a brand new pedicure chair. They offered me a complimentary beverage. (Which I declined since I was on my lunch break) As for the actual pedicure, it was great! Mindy took very good care of me. My feet look great. I also opted to get my brows waxed. Mindy was very gently and listened to my concerns about other past bad experiences. I will be recommending this place to my other co-workers as well. Soooo as I sit here and write this review. I have been coming to this nail salon for a while. The First Lady who did my nails (Lisa) was no where near the picture I showed her so I delt with them they were not horribly bad but nothing like I showed her. Amy does my lashes who is very very good!!!!! So today I walk in to get my nails fixed possibly a new set. I come in contact with Jessica who looks at me and asked what do I want so I said my nails fixed! She then looked down at my nails and said let someone else do them ummmm ok! I spend over 100 every time I come in here and tip very well. I'm very disappointed. It's me my daughter and my niece so go figure on the bill. I can honestly say they have lost me as a customer. However I will continue to see Amy for my lashes but that's it!!!!! read more

I was getting my nails done and the man was rushing me and being rude. I tried explaining what I wanted and he gave me what ever length he wanted and wouldn't give me time to choose the color or design. Charged 55 dollars for me to get a bad job, a attitude, and my finger all cut and bleeding. read more

Very bad experience. The nail tech charged me $5 extra for absolutely no reason (scammed). When I asked him why he's charging me $5 more than the listing price he said "bc it is more for color dip powder" He did a very sloppy job and told me that I could not get long dip powder. read more

Initially, I came in with gel polish on my toes previously done at another place. It had only been two weeks so I just asked for them to cut the cuticles around the gel polish and do the pedicure like normal- the girl obliged and did so. But then I changed my mind and wanted to get a new gel color! This is when things started to get bad. The older woman doing my FRIEND'S toes started mumbling insults underneath her breath, saying that I was needy and I should've told her to do that earlier, but my nail tech was not complaining. The pedicure I got was a deluxe pedicure with extra 20 minute massage. The older woman and another employee who WAS NOT taking care of us said to only massage us for 10 minutes, as we wouldn't know the difference. I don't know why they were so rude when we were both getting a $60 pedicure. I expected more from them especially since my first experience was so good. But I do not need people to cheat me out of my money and bad mouth me in front of my face. After I paid and before I walked out, I thanked them in Vietnamese and their faces dropped. I understood everything they said during my pedicure and needless to say I won't support this place anymore read more

Need some ventilation!!! This shop poses a serious health concern for their workers and customers. I am 34 weeks pregnant and have been avoiding any mani/pedicure up to this point of my pregnancy. I finally decided to treat myself with a nice foot massage and pedi. This place looked clean and nice from photos on Yelp, so I decided to give it a try. However, as soon as I walked in, I could not breath. The place is literally filled with poisonous air to breath in. I walked out within 30 seconds. I will search for a shop within a big shopping center with open air circulation to minimize breathing toxic material in. This should be a concern for anybody. I'm not sure if this shop would've passed if an inspection crew came out at the time I visited. read more

My new favorite nail salon. I got a deluxe pedicure for $35 and it offered a scrub, mask, and hot stone massage which is more for the money that I've ever seen at anotg er salon. I also got a gel manicure the turned out beautifully. The staff was polite and helpful. But most importantly, they took their time. The mani/pedi was not rushed through so they could get to the next customer even though it was quite busy at 5pm during the week. read more

Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.

They said I was too picky after I left my review and had to fix the nails that I just paid for last Thursday and paid again last night and tipped Ashley.

The day after I got my nails done the nail stud fell off, a week later my baby blue color faded to a ugly grayish color. When I came in it wasn't mood polish, so why did the nail color change??! I also get gel polish so it will last longer. It should not have turned to this distorted color. Desiree at the front desk recommended that I do not get the same color because the polish may be bad. So I change it to a darker blue. I was very surprised that I was charged full price $33 for a color change that was not the customer's fault. I did not want to walk around with nail polish that faded and I just previously got them done a week ago. Which all in all, it's gel polish! It should not fade! When I come to get a fill in it is for the nails not because the polish has faded. Very disappointed in the customer service. I only come because Kevin is very talented with his designs. If he left, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT come here. She recommended I get a different color. I WANTED the same color! She said she don't think I should get that color AGAIN. Because it faded. I didn't expect to not get charged.. It's gel polish... it should not fade in a week! Since I changed my nail color I changed my toenail color to match. I expected to pay for my toes and at least a discount on my nails. It was there polish, not my mess up! I didn't fade my own NAILS SOMEHOW. They were ugly in 1 week and it's gel polish. I Wasted time coming back three times in one week. Because before, the the jewelry came off I had on my nail, the VERY next day, the second time the polish faded. I am a bartender and my nails need to look presentable! The jewelry should not have came off and the polish should not fade! I just got them done! I hope I can find someone else to do what Kevin does. I spend $100 every 3-4 weeks I come. Hopefully another shop will appreciate it. read more

Less than one star , Horrible service! I had my nails less than 9 days and they kept popping off and even after getting them fixed I was still experiencing the same thing. Then, I go back and schedule a second appointment to have them fixed and the lady was not there when I arrived the next day after making the appointmen. I ended up Rescheduling again and they tried to charge me for their mistake not once did I get an I'm sorry or did they acknowledge how they messed up! This was absolutely horrible service. I have been going here for yearssssssss and so much of my family comes to this nail shop. So I'm highly upset with their resistance to be urgent to fix the issue and acknowledge the mistake they made, on top of charging me over 150 dollar in less than 9 days . They have lost my service for good. When I expressed this the owner smirked! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All they want is money not quality of customer care. So choose wisely. This is not a review or complement really I was at the nail salon during at the time MARLO H. was here. She were argue with the employees. Yes you're having your reason to get the nail fix but some of the information you said above is totally false. First of all. The receptionist is very respectful as well as all of the employees too. Second of all you asked for a change of color but without charge you any $$. That's impossible... because I'm their customer for a long time. I had experience the same problem but what they will do is they will fix it for you WITH THE SAME COLOR not different color. As simple as if you're asking for a different then it is considered a new set. Plus you came in a week ago,there ain't no where have guaranteed 1 week‍. It was my first time coming to this salon & it was the best experience I've ever had! The staff here is so friendly and professional. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The young lady that did my nails paid attention to all the minor details and made sure I was satisfied with what she was doing every step of the way. So given its Valentine's Day weekend I already knew I was going to be waiting. I walked in and was greeted as I signed into on their sign in sheet. They clearly don't use the sign In sheet.
