This has been our go to place from DoorDash for the last few months! Their steak and cheese, grinders rival Breen's (a local Worcester, MA gem) and some of the best steak and cheese places I've been to... And I have lived in Philadelphia! The bread is absolutely amazing and seems very fresh. The pizza is great! But the only complaint I do have is that the pizza seems a little bit inconsistent. Sometimes it's absolutely amazing... And sometimes it's a little bit better than school Pizza. But I will definitely still keep going there. Especially for their subs and fried dough bites. This is a great local pizza place! You can tell that the family that runs it really cares about the food they sell. The prices are average and the service has always been quick during none peak times. The pizza crust is always cooked perfectly. They put a very good amount of toppings on - they definitely don't skimp but it isn't overly soggy from them either. Their pizza cheese is not greasy and is always the right amount. We have tried lots of items from here now that have all been just as good. You wouldn't think alfredo sauce from a little pizza place could be note worthy but it really is - we have had it with tortellini, chicken broccoli alfredo and the shrimp broccoli alfredo. Ordered delivery of a simple Margherita Pizza (tomato, mooz and basil leaves) and was delivered a stale pizza with feta, bacon and what looked like some type of dried out crumbled sausage. Noodles basil, no tomato. It was late at night and it looks like they just took somebody else's pizza who ordered earlier in the evening and did not pick up, then threw it in a box and (without any warmer being used) delivered what would have been a "throw away" at the end of the day. I'll start off by saying the woman (I'm assuming the owner) at the counter could not have been any nicer or accommodating. We ordered a meatball pizza a cheese pizza and an order of chicken fingers. She recommended the "homemade chicken fingers", we had the kids with us, two are fairly picky eaters. We could t have been happier with the food when it came out. The pizza was thin crust, perfectly cooked (tasted a lot like old school papa ginos) and the "homemade chicken fingers " were the biggest hit, especially with the 4 boys. Family owned business. The owner is a great person and you can tell a lot of love goes into the food. The steak tips with rice and veggies is my favorite dish. We eat here a couple times a month, they have good food. It's a family run business, some of the nicest people you can meet. I'd imagine the negative posts about the owners originate from the bar next door as the businesses share a small parking lot. Also, the bar just started serving food so now theres competition. Parking is tight and having to ask people to move vehicles can't be easy. If your 3 assigned parking spaces in a strip mall were continually occupied by drunks, you'd be pissed off too. This is a ZERO rated establishment. I have ordered from there many times and have had minimal problems. However, for the past few times, I have indicated 'NO CONTACT' WITH SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO PLACE ORDER IN THE CART AT THE DOOR. They DO NOT do this. Tonight, I called up and asked for the manager. I received an obnoxious woman who REFUSED to provide her name and REFUSED to allow me to speak to a manager unless I told her why I was calling. I said I was calling to COMPLAIN. She REFUSED to allow me to speak to a manager unless I told her what the complaint was first. Then when I was explaining that they DID NOT HONOR my NO CONTACT instructions, she started yelling at me about how many orders they have and how many people want NO CONTACT. She than stated that if I didn't like the way they delivered, then I didn't need to order. Okay, I WON'T!!! I will also provide this exact review on as many review sites as I can find!!! Stopped in here mid week with my daughter for a late lunch/early dinner with my daughter. We shared the dining room with a couple of UPS drivers who were obviously regulars and hogged the TV remote. There was a steady flow of people which is always a good sign. Being first timers, we walked up to the counter to look at the menu which was quite large. We decided to split a chicken finger dinner with fries and a salad, along with an order of onion rings. The wait was within reason and the staff was nice enough to bring the food to the table for us as well as making a return trip with some ketchup. Perhaps they felt sorry for me as I was still in a walking boot. The food was a deliciously greasy. This was not the meal for the health conscious eater. If you're looking for good pizza in town I would say Leoni's is at the bottom and doesn't fare any better than it endeavors to. I ordered the eight piece buffalo chicken wings, a meat lover's pizza, and a Mexican wrap. The pizza is the definition of cardboard as there is just barely a hint of sauce, the toppings are sparse, and the crust is simply there to gnaw on. Pizza is slightly understandable but how can you mess up on wings? The wings were completely soggy and tasted like they were drowned in the bottled Buffalo sauce by an angry kitchen prep. The Mexican wrap was generic as it comes like the rest of the food. Overall I'm disappointed. I've heard several bad things about this place. Frankly, I think I finally understand why. For the first time in the history of pizza in this godforsaken town, greek style isn't your only choice. Here's the problem with that, these old townies don't handle change so well. Finally for once, you don't have to travel to the nearest metropolis, to indulge in some New York style goodness. Its all there folks. Super thin hand tossed crust, excellent "foldability", slightly tangy sauce, and just enough cheese. There is far less gnawing to be done on this crust than any greek style, grease saturated, chewy, thick crust than literally any other place within Dudley/ Webster. Real mozzarella in an appropriate proportion, not the usual greek mix of who knows what kind of cheap cheese "blend" (often a mix of mild and sharp cheddars, and perhaps a little mozzarella if you're lucky) If you're unfamiliar with regional pizza variations, and are on a quest to expand your pallet, give it a try. If you've only ever had greasy, pan cooked, cheap greek junk, approach this pizza as you would a completely different food. Almost as if you've never had pizza before, because truth is; you haven't. Also take-out has a tendency to be soggy since its been steaming in a closed container for however long it took for you to open it up, don't be thrown off by claims of sogginess, its natural, its science. Unless you are eating there, expect a bit of sogginess. Don't get me wrong, this place is great, but they have yet to invent a containment device that defies the laws of science. read more

Picked up dinner this week. Pizza smelled delicious but I felt it was a little bland. I typically love this style pizza and the charred crust but this has an overwhelming burnt flavor. Not charred, burnt residue like when you don't properly "clean" a grill (didn't taste seasoned, just burnt). Chicken tenders were okay. Manager and staff are rude. They talk over you a d when they make an error they blame it on how busy they are.. The manager stated and I quoto "I dont have time to talk to you. We cant .Akers you happy. Yiu can between 2 and 4 to talk about problems. Ok well my food should have been here by 720. Call at 730 and am told we are busy call back in 20 mins. . After cutting me off twice I ask the girll her name and she puts the phone done and walks away. The manager gets on the phone and is just as rude if not worse.
