We decided to give this place a try because we didn't have time to drive out to our favorite pizza/grinder shop (Tony's in Sutton). We got a meatball grinder, a pastrami grinder and a small pepper pizza (only because they didn't have a veggie pizza on their menu). My meatball grinder was lame, they were pretty stingy with all ingredients especially the sauce. My husband got a pastrami grinder and said it was very dry, and my mom got the pepper pizza and said there wasn't much sauce at all. It was kinda crummy looking inside the establishment and it didn't look particularly clean. We won't be going back again. read more

I moved to Webster in September and this local Pizza place quickly became my family favorite because not only is the food delicious but the service is clearly top notch. Staff is always friendly, warm, and welcoming. Such a great neighborhood spot and if your passing by don't miss it on your way through, you won't be disappointed. I recommend the steak and cheese Xtra cheese with onions and peppers. You also can't go wrong with a plain pizza, the crust is to dye for thin at the bottom but fluffy and light around the edges. read more

It helps when you live right down the street from it. What can I say about Webster house of pizza other than it's kind of like any other house of pizza in a small town of Massachusetts. They do have options but it's mostly takeout place. They have a great selection for soda and drinks and I've never had a bad meal with them. The prices are competitive to anywhere else in the area. personally I wish they would stay open later, but that's kind of the trouble with a lot of small businesses compared to large corporations like domino's. The service is always polite. Just be careful Fridays and Saturday nights. They're usually pretty slammed so give them some patience. The only real complaint I have is the parking a lot of it is street related and people do not respect when you have to pull into the alleyway right next to it, but that's more of the general public rather than the actual business itself. Just be careful when parking on Main Street, People drive crazy there. read more

I don't leave reviews often but I am so impressed with this restaurant's customer service. First, I think they're the best pizza in the area. Tonight, we picked up our food and one of the salads wasn't with the order. I called back and I spoke to 2 people who both apologized a ton and then delivered the salad to our house! This place deserves 5-stars. Food is old school New England Greek pizza place. Homemade meatballs. Delicious mushroom pizza with lots of cheese. Why the two stars? No. One. Wears. Masks. No one. Not the patrons waiting in the restaurant. Not the workers working there--I check every time I drive by. No gloves. No masks. No sanitizer. It's a shame, as a food server, they feel it's ok to not obey the current state regulations. Small businesses need our support. However, if they can't undertake a basic safety rule, it's not worth the risk. That's a shame. read more

So the family thought we would go here because their menu was in the Smart Shopper. My daughter got the BLT she really enjoyed it. Tonight we decided we'd order our and I figured we'd stay in town. The place pizza place around this area in my opinion is Webster House of Pizza. I absolutely LOVE the curly fries but am also a huge fan of their pizza. I ordered a small cheese pizza and my boyfriend ordered a small buffalo chicken calzone and we decided to split the curly fries. When I went to check out I was confused because there were 4 boxes and to my surprise we had a FREE cheese pizza included. "NO FACE MASK", from delivery driver when I placed an order from this pizza place in August 2020 during the Covid19 pandemic. We love their food and that's why I order from them all the time. In August 2020 I got a call on my cell phone telling me. "Webster house of pizza is here waiting outside for you." I walk up to the guy and he has no face covering at all as he hands me over the pizza 1.5 feet away saying...thank you? I gave the delivery driver a 9.00 tip because I thought he'd follow proper procedures during the pandemic we're up against. I lost my wife to Cardiovascular Disease eight years ago. I have two kids to take care of and they can't afford to lose me like they did their mother. I have an Asthma condition and I am compromised if I get this virus. It's so simple, it really is especially to delivery drivers delivery food to customers during this pandemic, "Please wear a face mask." read more

I had an order half delivered and he said he would be back with the cheese pizza in a few minutes.... and then tonight they didn't have the salad on my order.... and I was told if anything he would bring it after.
