It helps when you live right down the street from it…read more What can I say about Webster house of pizza other than it's kind of like any other house of pizza in a small town of Massachusetts. They do have options but it's mostly takeout place. They have a great selection for soda and drinks and I've never had a bad meal with them. The prices are competitive to anywhere else in the area. personally I wish they would stay open later, but that's kind of the trouble with a lot of small businesses compared to large corporations like domino's. The service is always polite. Just be careful Fridays and Saturday nights. They're usually pretty slammed so give them some patience. The only real complaint I have is the parking a lot of it is street related and people do not respect when you have to pull into the alleyway right next to it, but that's more of the general public rather than the actual business itself. Just be careful when parking on Main Street, People drive crazy there.

First time customer. Very disappointed…read more This was our order: Large steak n cheese grinder extra American cheese, toasted. Received almost burnt. The steak seemed like it was made from steakums and no extra cheese. Very dry. Lasagna ordered with meatball, sausage and extra sauce. You could tell the meatballs were frozen as well as the sausage. The pasta was dry and we didn't receive any extra sauce or bread. Boneless buffalo tenders. Frozen from a bag, very dry. Barely sprinkled with buffalo sauce. No sauce as requested served on the side. French fries with bacon and cheese were decent but cold. Crispy buffalo tender salad. The chicken tasted frozen from a bag and barely had no sauce. The lettuce was so wet and soggy I threw it way. Asked for extra dressing was changed for it but did not receive. Bag of medium size chips $3.49. No reason to call about this pleasure. If this establishment uses frozen food, I will not be back. Like I said first time customer. Will not return.

I heard recently that they had a new owner and I had an elderly friend out from the nursing home for the day and she wanted to stop here for lunch as her and her late husband came here often. We stopped in on a weekday for lunch and it was pretty quiet in there except for a couple other tables taken. My friend wanted pizza and added a salad. While we were waiting the new owner came over to introduce himself and make sure we were all set. He's a nice young man and seems eager to make his business a success. My friends salad came out first and it was a big salad for 99 cents with a meal. She said it was delicious and they gave her plenty of salad dressing. Our pizza came out shortly and it was delicious, definitely one of the better pizzas I've had in town. The pizza had plenty of cheese/sauce ratio and it had a nice crispy bottom. I'm not sure how the rest of their meals are, but their pizza is worth getting again!
