Honestee Plumbing - Keys removed from main sewer line

I was able to schedule a free appointment for Robbie to come look the next day. I got a text about 30 minutes before my appointment time telling me he was on the way. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. I'll definitely be a return customer if I need a plumber in the future. Great job!

HONESTLY ... look elsewhere…read more we had 75 apartment units under management central orange county when our long-time plumber retired. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.

SoCal Plumbing & Rooter - Replaced broken tank water heater with new Navien tankless water heater

SoCal Plumbing was exceptional! They are my plumbers for life…read more I had a leak in my house and found SoCal Plumbing. I had also contacted other plumbers for estimates, but Mikey, from Socal Plumbing really stood out. He was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and continued to be responsive when I had additional questions--even when I was getting another estimate from a reconstruction team there. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. That level of patience and customer service really stood out to me. When they first came out in August, they replaced our angle stops because the old ones could not be turned off properly. The work was noticeably better than the angle-stop work for the emergency toilet leak done by the plumbers from my insurance company's emergency response. I attached a picture of the angle stops SoCal and the toilet angle stop installed so you can see the difference. Because the abatement, mitigation, and reconstruction and HOA took some time, there was a delay before we were able to have SoCal return to complete the plumbing for our new vanity and toilets upstairs and downstairs. Our upstairs toilet had been leaking, and since Delta no longer makes the same model, we decided to replace both toilets so we wouldn't have to worry about another leak downstairs. SoCal recommended Toto toilets, and after sitting on them, I completely agree--the flush is definitely powerful and are definitely the most comfortable toilets we've had! The vanity was definitely the more challenging part. We went from an open double-sink vanity to a new vanity with two sinks and two faucets, which required reconfiguring the drain, giving each sink its own P-trap, and relocating the existing hot and cold water lines to connect to the sinks. They also needed to open the drywall to access the plumbing. They completed all of this in one day and were even able to accommodate us by coming one day earlier than scheduled. That's SoCal Plumbing! My plumber was Mikey, and he was excellent. Joseph, the manager at SoCal Plumbing, was also exceptional. From communication and scheduling to accommodations and recommendations, they were there every step of the way--even when our project was delayed because of the reconstruction. They are reasonably priced, but what stands out most is their legendary customer service. They communicated well, worked with our complicated reconstruction timeline, and made sure the plumbing was done properly. I would absolutely recommend SoCal Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

I really appreciated that their price didn't change after an in-person visit to our house, which happened with ALL of the other companies. They used a trenchless Perma-Liner system to reline our pipe, so they didn't have to tear up our yard. It basically creates a new pipe inside the old one which is pretty cool and is supposed to last forever. They even carefully dug up a hedge and replaced it when they were finished and it looks like it's going to survive. They also installed a new cleanout and fixed a pipe offset that was causing problems. All of this only took about a half day and everything seems to be working perfectly. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and were easy to work with the whole way through. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Now this company is going to be our go-to plumber for future needs! Daniel, the owner, is super knowledgeable and honest about what is recommended for the home based on the pipe condition. He personally came out to look at our pipes and provided reasonable recommendations based on his assessment. He was willing to work with our budget and got the work done in two days with very minimal disruption to our ability to use water. We got our pipes relined and a two way cleanout installed professionally. Everyone in his crew (including Daniel) were super nice and were willing to educate us about the work that was being done. He also identified some root balls / blockage past the sidewalk in the sewer line, and let us know that it was the city's side of responsibility. He even helped us reach out to the city and confirmed that the city covers their side of the property line. We are still waiting on the city to respond (no control over the speed), but I'm thankful Daniel went above and beyond to assist. Plumbing is hard work and I'm so glad that Daniel and his crew exist. Thanks again!!
