The first time we had a leak, they were able to come out the next day and fix it. It took just a few hours and they even had someone they knew patch up the dry wall for me. The other time, they fixed our toilet and this time that I called, they were able to come out within 20 minutes! Thankfully, we didn't have a leak this time. Mario is always nice, knows what he is doing, and is always considerate to wear shoe coverings (despite my house being a mess). The person who schedules the appts is also very nice.
