In the end 4 moved forward with Nick and got new Redwood fences and gates for less than the cheap, ugly vinyl, from a different company, a few neighbors had been pulling for. Tuesday was New Year's Eve, so I just assumed that maybe the estimator hadn't realized that, and likely the company was closed for the holiday on Wednesday too. No biggie. But then Thursday and Friday came and went with still no estimate. I messaged the company to ask if they were still interested in submitting a quote, and that I hadn't received the estimate.
