have been looking for a great handyman for some time now. The last person I used for 25+ years retired. I was extremely pleased with Daniel. He put in a new kitchen sink for me and replaced under sink pipes and shut-off valves. His work and clean up on the project were excellent. I am already planning my next project for him to help me with. Daniel is a keeper! read more

Great experience with Daniel! He came out to remove the stuck aerators from my faucets and did a great job. Everything was handled professionally, and he cleaned up thoroughly afterward. He even installed new aerators for me. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated how clean and professional he looked and carried himself. Highly recommend! read more

Daniel and Sam did an awesome job at my place! They helped with a bunch of move in projects (outdoor furniture set assembly, pendant lights, Nest installs, IKEA shoe cabinets, and pathway lighting in the front yard) and everything turned out great. They were super polite, respectful, and honest guys who really cared about doing the work right. They even put in extra time past the estimate with no expectation of more pay, just to make sure I was happy. I made sure I tipped them because the effort and quality spoke for itself. They've recently started their handyman business here in Garden Grove, and I was lucky to be one of the first customers. Hardworking, genuine guys with solid faith based values. I'll definitely be calling Daniel again for future projects. Highly recommend! read more

Daniel did an outstanding job at our dental office! He responded quickly, showed up on time, and was incredibly professional. He even stayed after hours to make sure everything was completed so our office would be ready to see patients the next morning. He spent hours making sure the work was done right and cleaned everything up before he left. It's rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. On top of that, he's friendly, easy to work with, and his pricing is very reasonable. If you're looking for a reliable handyman who truly cares about the quality of his work, I highly recommend Daniel. We'll definitely be calling him again for future projects! read more

Daniel with Cavender Handyman Services did an excellent job mounting our 85-inch TV. If you're looking for a reliable handyman in Orange County, I highly recommend him. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Mounting a TV this large isn't easy, but Daniel made sure everything was perfectly level, securely mounted to the studs, and neatly finished. He also made sure the cables were clean and organized so the setup looked great. It's hard to find a dependable handyman in Orange County who communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and does high quality work, but Daniel delivered on all of it. The installation looks amazing and the TV feels extremely secure on the wall. If you need TV mounting, home repairs, or general handyman services in Orange County, Cavender Handyman Services is a great choice. I will definitely be calling Daniel again for future projects. read more

Hard to find a good construction company or handyman these days, people rarely care about their quality of work and couldn't care less about fair pricing. Daniel was definitely a blessing! He was fair, attentive to detail and went above the scope of work to make sure I could give my wife the Grovee lights I promised her I'd put up two years ago!! Every quote I got was ungodly with very minimal effort from them. Daniel came in, got it done perfectly and the cost was so fair I had to give him extra on top. Want a good handyman? Quit looking for a sign, this is your sign. He's good people and hope you leave a good review too after!! read more

My review for Daniel should have been written last year and I am terribly sorry it has taken me this long to write it. For starters, Daniel is amazing! I can kick myself for not reaching out to Daniel sooner! I foolishly thought I could clean my kitchen grout with a strong cleaner. No one should do that! Daniel came to my rescue! Thanks to Daniel, my grout is brand new and he also recommended how I can remove the harsh chemical stains from my sink. Thank you Daniel! Daniel also replaced all of my kitchen hinges so they don't slam shut anymore and he fixed window screens that were very tricky to open. Daniel is a keeper! read more

Daniel gave me a quote via text for the work I needed done. He arrived on time and was very communicative about following up and about what work needed to be done in detail. He fixed a hose coming from my washer and fixed my garbage disposal, plus put together a 12 foot Halloween decorationn for me. He even showed me a broken hose on my dryer that was ripped and he did the repair without charging me extra. He's a super nice young man. I honestly could not have asked for a more detailed person. Daniel was quick to respond to my request and asked thoughtful questions to make sure he gave me a reasonable quote. He came right on time and was pleasant and polite. I used Cavender to install a new vanity for me. He communicated with me through the entire process. He made me aware that my new vanity was slightly shorter- resulting in the border seen in the photo. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for this project. He fixed a leak the pipe underneath had, unclogged the drain when he noticed it slowly draining, centered my mirror above the vanity (I mentioned it in passing) all without my explicitly asking or charging me extra. I have many things in this bathroom I'm working on replacing and updating and I will definitely be using this company again. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. read more

I hired Daniel twice to fix a ceiling fan and clear out a drain. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable, professional, and thorough he was in getting both of the jobs done. A few handymen I spoke with recommended that I completely replace my ceiling fan because it was beyond repair, but Daniel quickly identified the problem and saved me a lot of money by just replacing one non-working part in it. The big, rare bonus about Daniel is that he is extremely clean and will make sure everything is clean after he leaves. I already have plans to hire him again for another job. That is why I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who wants quality workmanship at a reasonable price. read more
