I called Leonard B Plumbing 911, turned off the water, and he was over in about 30 minutes. Leonard did a very meticulous job of finding out where the leak was coming from. It turned out to be a pin sized hole in a pipe over the door jam. The great thing was his method. He found the leak with minimal damage to my wall and door so after the leak was fixed it was easy to repair. There is no way that you could even tell there was ever a problem if you look at the wall now. Leonard has done other plumbing work for me as well and has always delivered hgh quality at a great value.

My home warranty company dispatched Streamline Plumbing Solutions after that horrible experience. What a difference a day makes. The issue with the plumbing first occurred when I disposed food down the garbage disposal and used it as I always do. I noticed that the garbage disposal didn't sound quite right. Both sinks filled up with water, food debris, and would not drain properly. Fast forward, Felix from Streamline Plumbing arrived. He conducted tests and inspections. He left to grab his equipment and went right to work. After only approximately ten minutes, he was finished. My sinks and garbage disposal were functioning again. He properly cleaned up after his work, once finished. He explained to me that the issue with my plumbing was a build-up of excessive amounts of sludge. He stated that sludge builds up over time, and it's not due to any "wrong doing" on my part. He said it's a normal occurrence that's bound to happen after several years of use. Felix was a very pleasant technician. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. If you want to use a reliable, efficient, trustworthy plumbing company, that is professional and doesn't try and up sell you, Streamline Plumbing Solutions is definitely the way to go! I highly recommend!

He ran a camera through the pipe and took the time to show me exactly what was causing the problem. What I really appreciated was that Edwin gave me two different options for addressing the issue and explained the pros and cons without pressuring me toward either one. He was also very reasonable when it came to working with me on the price. After his crew came out and completed the work, Edwin ran the camera through the pipe again and showed me the results so I could see for myself that everything was clean and the problem had been taken care of. Overall, I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and lack of pressure. I would definitely recommend Beach Plumbing and Edwin to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable plumber.

Had a Navien water heater replace by this company in Dec. 2025 ( Navien covered replacement, under warranty) so we only pay for labor. We pay $1200 for install on a thankless water heater...way to high for an install but at that moment we had about 5 days with no hot water( waiting on Navien replacement) so we went we them. Long story short, unit is having same issue again today Sept. 2026. Unit is under warranty but Mullen plumbing is charging a service fee because they are short on tech( 2 techs out/small business company) and since they are short on a Friday it would be covered usually to come out but since techs are out they can come on a Saturday, they wpuld be charging a fee because they don't work on Saturdays and that's OT for them so we the client have to eat up the fee or wait till Monday so they can cover the fee. Makes no sense to for a returning customer to go thru this...given most likely we would use their service to get parts replace(manufacture) and us pay for labor. Had a conversation and text messages with Ashley Mullen the owner amd she would not budget not even applying the diagnostic fee towards repairs!! This is insane .... their rates are high... I shop around all day and found out there's people license doing the same job or better with lower rates/fees.

He then stated the pipes were broken and it was going to need major work. Tenant couldn't use the tub for 2 days while I tried to figure this all out. I requested a estimate to do the "major repair" but he never provided one. I called another plumber who was able to clear the clog for half the price of what Aguila's Plumbing charged me for hydro jetting.
