First and foremost, I would like to say that this is by far one of the most attentive stores I ever been to. Regardless of how busy they are (because most of them are) they always make sure you are helped. From the moment I walked into the door, until the time I left, the customer service is stupendous. I came here and had seen Dr. Orlando Diaz for a routine eye exam (that should be free with my vision insurance.) and told that they use this "new state of the art eye examination machine to scan the eyes for an in depth review." long story short, I had spent over $250 for the eye exam and with insurance $325 for a pair of glasses (the cheapest and most basic style at that!) So first let me tell you how I winding up getting Roni and her fabulous service. I went to Eyemart express and they talking they had a wait and they would put me on the list and I would be number six. They said that they would call me when it was my turn and if I was within 15 minutes that they would wait for me I could not even pick a frame to facilitate the process. So I decided to call another one and they said the same thing and since I had been to Lenscrafters before and had great service I decided to call them. So I called and Roni answered the phone very professionally and I said do ya'll have a wait list and she said no we do not and she said it would be a great time to come in and she said my name is Roni what is yours I said Ebony. I walked in I was immediately greated and asked how could I be helped I said I need to see Roni she said she is on the but you can start looking at glasses. She then proceeded to give me a tray with four slots for the glasses that I pick to to choose from and she said that the glasses that I don't want put them in the trays in the middle tray on the counter so that they can sanitize them. I was looking at glasses and Roni said hi Ebony and she started telling me about the specials that they were having and I fou d some beautiful Armani frames that I really love once I seen them I was a wrap. Since I am no longer in single vision and she told me that not my optometrist I almost had a heart attack but I guess after wearing glasses for 35 years it was bound to happen. I have had my glasses for 6 months now and still hate them. When I went in I was told you can pick 5 frames and no more because of covid. I got stuck with ones I hated went back after I got them back and told them the frames were not for me again could only touch 5 so still wound up with ones I hate. I have to lift them up when I read I just got tired of the same old questions. Not to mention the add ins I didn't even ask for they said it's required. The non scratch lens have tiny scratches on them so I have to go back and pray they replace the lens. Long story short shop elsewhere. My next pair will no be purchased here. I don't understand the whole only 5 rule. Because you don't want to toss them in something and sterilize them is just lazy. These glasses are not worth the 400 plus I had to spend. read more

Totally Incompetent!!!! Don't order glasses from them if you want the right prescription!!!!! Horrible Service!!! The guy that was assigned to help my daughter order her glasses acted intoxicated. He complained about being called in on his day off! He typed everything in and didn't save it in the computer! Had to keep typing everything over and over again! He kept put the wrong date of birth and insurance information! We were there over two hours just ordering! After all of his fumbling around, he finally had it in the system. We paid him almost $1000 after insurance!!!! I felt worried about whether he got everything right, so I went back and spoke to the manager. She compared my daughter's prescription with what he ordered and HE PUT THE PRESCRIPTION IN WRONG!!!! The manager said she fixed it in the system and reassured us. Eleven days later, we were notified that her glasses were ready. When we got there, they had only ordered the lenses and not her frames!!!! I am livid!!!! My daughter has special needs and she is very upset and crying because she didn't get her glasses! Now we have to wait another two weeks! I will never go back to LensCrafters again!!!!! read more

I went and this location and it is a total scam and it's the only doctor the Choctaw nation won't send their vision assistance too, I came in and was told it would be a 10$ eye exam and I got a free contact lens exam according to my VSP insurance they verified that before hand. Then proceeded to charge me a additional 110$ contact vision exam fee after the exam because they are not a VSP contact lens provider. This place is a poor excuse for an institution. The staff pressures patients into purchasing items at an uncharged price. They do not answer questions in a way that is clear and helpful, rather they give obscure answers in order to confuse. They cut corners and take advantage in any way they can. This review is limited to the office of the optometrist, Dr. Nick Martin, because I never made it as far as the eyeglasses section on the other side of the wall. I had made an appointment for Saturday and provided my insurance information two days in advance so the office could make sure they accepted it and could do whatever they needed to do in advance of my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I stated that I had provided my insurance information a couple of days earlier to the person answering the phone. The Saturday receptionist found the information I had provided but stated that the other receptionist never followed up with my insurance company to determine what their office needed to know about my plan. Despite diligent and proactive efforts to ensure a problem-free eye appointment, I ended up not receiving my scheduled eye examination. This office dropped the ball and wouldn't see me without knowing in advance how much my copay was going to be. The only resolution offered was to reschedule the appointment after they could talk to my insurance company, which the receptionist stated IS accepted by the office. If your office screws up, don't make your patient bear the burden. Do the eye exam and figure out the copay on the back end, if you feel like you even still need to charge it under those circumstances. I'll make another appointment, but not with this group. read more

I am so glad I came here! I had never been by myself to the eye doctor so I was a bit nervous, but the staff was very welcoming. It isn't the most professional environment, it feels more like you're with a bunch of friends. I was there altogether about 1.5 hours but they kept me moving enough that I never sat still or alone too long. Dr. Diaz was very informative and realistic about the options and what my insurance would cover. I felt no pressure to buy or not to buy. I had never tried contacts either, but he put one in for me and took it out just to help me adjust. Normally, I'm not a stickler for bad reviews because they're so negative, but this is directed towards the optometrist who saw me. I went in twice and neither of my concerns was addressed and BOTH times the prescription was wrong. I was told by the front that if I were to adjust it again it would be a $50 charge, which was frustrating because this is not my mistake, and as a college student I am unable to continue to do this back and forth with the doctor. I do not usually do reviews, however, Lens Crafters is an exception. I lost the rubber nose piece to my glasses over the weekend. I stopped into Lens Crafters around 11am to see if they could fix it. The really nice lady working there at that time (sorry, I did not get her name.) She immediately helped me, once she finished with her other customer. She repaired my nose piece in 5 minutes, and all without any charge. it did not matter that I did not buy my glasses there. She was extremely nice and very professional. I just wanted to share this. This is my first time using my insurance in OK, and one of the only optometrists to renew my prescription with an exam was at the LensCrafters with Dr. Diaz Jr. Dr. Diaz also refused to give me the same contacts that I had been wearing for ten years in order to sell me on a certain brand which he had marketing for in his office. In addition, he gave me a much stronger prescription (my previous prescription had not changed in the last 5+ years) to make my vision 20/15, which I had said was unnecessary but he said that was my proper prescription. In addition, they will scam and upcharge patients without informing or consenting to the extra charges and will take advantage of you especially as a young female. Lindsey at the front desk was incredibly rude and loud as well as the 4 other women in the office who would be rude when asking any questions during the appointment. They have not billed my insurance either for the exam which should have been done before the appointment ended. It would have been cheaper to pay out of pocket for the exam somewhere else. read more

I feel fooled and ripped off for ever giving this company my money. They made me think it is "normal" to pay $500+ for a pair of glasses, and that is WITH the multiple "discounts" they offered me, they tried to play it off like I was getting a "good deal". NEVER PAY THAT MUCH FOR GLASSES!!! Plus, I paid $30 or more for the protection plan and now that my son has broken his $500 glasses, I went to the store to have them repaired or replaced... but their "system is down" has has been for THREE DAYS so they cannot help me. They will not even attempt to temporarily fix them so my son can at least go to school! He can't see without his glasses, it's so severe he cannot go to school because he can't see. Not only that, when their system does come back up, I will still have to pay $25 for them to be repaired or replaced LOL! What a joke! The Staff are incompetent & their Customer Service is Mediocre. I paid for a pair of RayBan Sunglasses with Progressive Lens, very expensive. I have been getting Progressive Lenseswith Lens Crafters in CA & always been satisfied with their Customers Care & work. It was wrong to assume this Outfit would be just as good. 1st time I got my glasses it was the wrong tint, too dark. 2nd time there was a Bubble in the right lens obstructing my vision. The 3rd time they visually left the lettering/numbering on each lens so when I wear them that obstructs my vision. When I said this was not acceptable, they told me, we do this on All Progressives & your 30 days are over so badically, "too bad". I have several pair of Lens Crafter Lenses & never have they left the Lettering/Numbering stamped on each Lens. Nor did they do it this the 2 previous times. I went to Lenscrafter in Moore Oklahoma because they accepted my insurance. However after receiving a pair of Rayban glasses with both my lenses have two different Raybay signatures and also not being able to see out of my glasses, I had to, unfortunately, return my glasses. This lead to asking for a refund for my lens prescription as well however I was told the doctor and his office are under no obligation and do not do refunds. I can update my prescription and so I agreed and they gave me another SECOND incorrect prescription that gives me severe headaches! I will admit I was already on the fence with this updated prescription after my horrible experience with my first order! I became even more skeptical when the office had to ask ME to give THEM my old prescription so they can match and copy my prescription to This updated prescription!! I told the doctor I wanted to see what prescription they would get today first BEFORE I gave them my OLD prescription and the doctor TOLD me there was NO difference. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left his office. Fast-forward 30 DAYS. THIS OFFICES UPDATED PRESCRIPTION WHERE HE PROMISED ME WAS NO DIFFERENT FROM MY OLD PRESCRIPTION HAS WORSEN MY VISION SO BADLY THAT I CANNOT EVEN SEE TO FLOSS MY TEETH IN MY MIRROR WITHOUT MY GLASSES MUCH LESS SEE TO TYPE ANY WORDS ON MY LAPTOP!! I am now in the situation of having to order a new pair of glasses, very Desperate I call the office back to plead them into changing my prescription to my old glasses and THEY TOLD ME THEY WON'T BECAUSE I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM MY OLD PRESCRIPTION BEFORE THEY GAVE ME AN UPDATED TEST. My daughter had a dreadful experience at this location. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and blatantly racist. The manager's name is Aryn and she had accused my daughter of stealing frames. She alleged that my daughter had been at the location on June 1st when she had no evidence whatsoever. She did this in-front of my daughter's children as well. My daughter had asked for video footage or anything that would lead this woman to make false accusations. The manager could not provide any evidence as she claims there was. When the police were brought to the scene, the manager was not able to provide any tangible records. My daughter is a healthcare provider who has everything to lose. So why would she walk into a store and jeopardize her profession to steal glasses? These racial motivated discriminatory accusations from the manager need to be investigated. If she is still working at this establishment then you are encouraging such behavior. If you're a minority be careful going to this location with that person working there. You will be accused falsely, police will be called just because you are a person of color. So we demand someone above management get in touch. After being cleared and wasting the policeman's time on false allegations, the manager refused to give the glasses my daughter paid for to her. She's having to dispute the charges with the bank. I went to the Dr. office next to Lenscrafters in Moore, OK. Dr. Diaz and his staff are very friendly and got me in with no appointment. I had to wait 30 minutes but by the time I filled out the paper work it was not a very long wait. The overall appointment was about 45 minutes. Dr. Diaz was very nice and answered all my questions. Do not waste your time going here. Was told my glasses would be ready a week from when I dropped them off on 8/25/2021 and was assured . Waited for a call Wednesday nothing called today and was told yeah it will be next Wednesday because they messed up my prescription . They had to reorder the lenses,sorry. I was speaking to the GM and I told her that is not my fault they messed them up, that I was assured they would be here this week. Never once was I called regarding this issue. After me telling her I would have went elsewhere if you couldn't do it, no you want to make money and could care less about customers. She then offered a refund and would have the glasses sent back for me to pick up and send elsewhere, really. How about have them overnighted and give me some of my money back because that is alot of money. They were already way overpriced I found out after already paying for them and tried to call the next day which I was told too late already sent off. Lesson learned never go there again and now this. She also refused to give my husband her boss over her, she said she is the boss he proceeded to ask her if she was the CEO, she laughed. He was still talking to her and apparently she put him on hold without telling him. He was talking to himself for 2 mins and she gets back on the phone, he told her NVM then hung up because that is incredibly rude . My husband runs the customer service dept at a dealership and this is not how you do things. He was not happy with her resolution regarding wait for glasses or get a refund. Go elsewhere and trust me you will save money. By the way that price was supposedly with my insurnace which is weird because I got a new pair of glasses a year ago with lenses from an optometrist office and only paid $80 . They were name brand glasses with all the extras and it was cheaper . I have tried to contact the regional manager and they apparently do not care about their customer service. I also see responses on here from the owner apparently they have nothing to say about this but make sure they reply to all other comments good and bad. Yikes should have read the reviews before I came here.... the first initial appointment I had last week I was here for a total of 2 hours and 11 minutes. Even tried to leave at one point and they assured me the doctor would be right with me after they skipped me and let someone go before me. Fast forward to this week, my prescription is completely wrong. I called them over the phone the day after I came and told them these didn't feel right. The woman over the phone advised me to stay in the contacts I'm currently wearing because my eyes would adjust. I'm now here trying to get their mistake corrected and I've been waiting for an hour and five minutes.... again they assured me the doctor would be right with me.... This review is specifically for Dr. Martin' Office, the optometrist located next to LensCrafters at the Moore location. I would give them a MINUS 5. In an effort to be brief, I will say EPIC FAIL. Dr. Martin for screwing up my prescription and his staff for ZERO customer service at that faciility and their Tulsa office. They refused to make it right. I'm OK with someone making a mistake, but I'd like them to correct it without me paying twice. I was told by Dr. Martin's office that they took VSP insurance. They are NOT a VSP provider they are OUT OF NETWORK. They lied as did the LenseCrafters in OKC. I've tried to get a quote at the LensCrafters in OKC and when they saw the prescription change from my last visit 10 months prior, they thought there must be a MISTAKE and ask me to contact Dr. Martin. So more delays.... I called him and his staff were rude. The first words out of their mouth were that I would have to pay for another visit because it was past 30 days and I had signed forms. There was no effort to first see if there had been a mistake of typo. I've made multiple attempts to work with Dr. Martin's office and was also referred to the Tulsa office to attempt to have them back the insurance coverage out and let me pay them for their crappy NON-SERVICE so that I could get a REAL eye exam by a qualified optometrist using my insurance. Kathy at Tulsa said they couldn't do that because then I would have to pay the FULL price and not the reduced price they had received from insurance. They would not have lost a penny. They just refused. So in a nut shell, I'm screwed royally. I have to go pay out-of-pocket for a NEW exam to get my glasses corrected. I cannot wear the blurry glasses from the prescription that Dr. Martin gave me. Run! Run! Run! Epic Fail. If you looking for an in network provider, that would be Pearl Vision. I don't have any experience with the Doctor or the people in the eye glasses store but the receptionist for the doctors are terrible. I had an appointment schedule on a saturday that I had scheduled wednesday or thursday, no one bothered to call to get insurance information so when we get there they tell me I would have to pay out of pocket and let my insurance reimburse me. I said no, and rescheduled. I scheduled another saturday appointment and made sure to verify that the receptionist would verify the insurance before I came in. I get a call 15 minutes before my appointment from the receptionist saying that they DID NOT verify my insurance so i would have to reschedule my appointment AGAIN! NOPE not doing it! So I took off work today so I could come talk to Dr. Diaz, the eye dr. in Moore about some concerns I have about my last eye exam, and that I think he may have missed something and my prescription might be wrong. My eye insurance wants me to write a letter stating I got a bad exam and get approved to go to another eye dr. But I'm the type of person who would never do that without giving Dr. Diaz a chance to talk to me. Turns out I should have saved the money paying someone to work for me. He only wants to talk to me if I'm willing to pay him $59! I specifically told his office manager, "I can't believe you're more worried about getting money than defending your reputation!"
