Was referred by Vision Source to the Shawnee Branch for Cataract surgery. Had to wait over 2 months…read moreto get an appointment. They called today and said the doctor I was scheduled with next week wasn't under contract in Shawnee so they had to rebook my appointment to November 28. Unacceptable. They would not budge to get me in sooner. I can't see and can't get new glasses because of the cataracts. I would not consider BVA a reliable clinic. Right now..... there is NO way I would allow them to do the surgery. Unreliable and obviously unknowledgeable. Contacted my insurance company and they sent me to a highly recommended clinic nearby. I called Vision Source and filed a complaint and hope they reconsider who they refer their patients to. PS... I will think twice about returning to Vision Source... these big clinics only care about $$$$ and not there patients
