I would rather stab my eyes out with pencils than have to deal with her and her condescending tone and attitude again.

Then the woman next to her finished her story and then looked back at me and said "And what can I help you with...". She explained that she couldn't answer that because she wasn't the one who called me.... Fast forward: I continued with my exam with Dr. Burkhart who was not only amazing and kind but the MA before seeing her was AMAZING and the MA who was in the room with the provider was AMAZING. I explained to them my frustration I had earlier about the insurance issue and they brought in the clinic's manager. The manager explained she had no idea what was going on insurance wise as this was the first she heard about it but would ask. She left and returned with a wild explanation as to why they were not accepting my insurance coverage. So he really cares about the people who come in. The office itself is a stand alone one and looks warm and inviting.
