I was so surprised and pleased with how well the OU Medical Center emergency room was run. I was only there a few hours if that. They sent me to the Dean McGee Institute so they could laser the tear in my eye. Dean McGee had me in one hour later. After seeing a series of doctors, because it is a teaching hospital. The problem was taken care of. the doctors were amazing, friendly, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I was dreading having to go to the emergency room and then be sent somewhere else, but if I had to do it, it was the best it could be and yeah I saw about eight doctors total yesterday but that's the way it goes in a teaching hospital and every single one of them are amazing.

I don't understand why they are still making family members wait in their vehicles here. I have now been sitting in my car in the parking lot for 2 hours and 20 minutes.

After everything was said and done and used my promo code they were very reasonable. Said they would be ready in abt an hour so I went nxt door to eat. Walked back over and sat down. Received a text at the 27 min mark stating they were ready. Tried them on and they seem fine. Just need to wait for the dilation to go away to make sure.
