What a joke, that was the best thought I had after leaving from my appointment…read more I'm a firm believer and urge all family & friends to utilize their benefits to the fullest. With the being said, I came here for my annual exam and not one staff member greeted the person infront of me, me or the person behind me. When it was my turn to check in, the staff members continued to communicate amongst themselves, the staff member on the left looked up and said, "Oh, someone will be with you in a moment". Then the woman next to her finished her story and then looked back at me and said "And what can I help you with...". I explained that I was there to check in for an appointment and she quickly looked me up and then said "Yeah.... I see you here but wanted to tell you that your insurance will cover your visit and all but won't cover your hardware (contacts and/or glasses) so wild you like to still be seen today". I quickly questioned why no one explained that when the office staff personally called me the business day before to confirm my appointment and insurance. She explained that she couldn't answer that because she wasn't the one who called me.... Fast forward: I continued with my exam with Dr. Burkhart who was not only amazing and kind but the MA before seeing her was AMAZING and the MA who was in the room with the provider was AMAZING. I explained to them my frustration I had earlier about the insurance issue and they brought in the clinic's manager. The manager explained she had no idea what was going on insurance wise as this was the first she heard about it but would ask. She left and returned with a wild explanation as to why they were not accepting my insurance coverage. I just got off the phone with my insurance who called them to question the entire situation and they admitted they told me false information. Needless to say, this front office staff is a joke.

Yes we've been shopping for years with it. That's how we knew to tell you about it before you ring anything up. There as something about her that was very booty-hole-ish. I said thank you and she didn't say anything back. We love Costco and always have a good experience, but we will not be coming back to the Moore location again. This location is hard to drive to also. There's so much traffic trying to get through the nearby traffic lights by the highway. You have to hope someone is nice and lets you merge over with your blinker on. The OKC location has always been friendly and they talk to us like we are family. Costco always has great deals, so it's hard to takeoff a star, but customer service is really important.

I myself have had a branch scrape my eye before, and I was able to have him check it out with my mom at 10 pm. Or sometimes they will get us in at last minute during the day if we need it. So he really cares about the people who come in. The office itself is a stand alone one and looks warm and inviting. Dr. Vernard is great for kids and adults, and they a selection of cute frames, including the Lisa Loeb collection.
