Dr. Fulton misdiagnosed my son's issue & recommended getting weeks of eye therapy that cost a ton of $ & couldn't even correct the issue. We feel deceived. Also my husband got the wrong contact prescription sent in. Ugg I highly do not recommend. read more

After a brief hiccup with my VA referral things were pleasant. Staff was attentive, friendly and cordial. Explained everything to me when checking my eyes. Dr Fulton is charismatic, outgoing and easy to talk with, explains everything perfectly and goes beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in understanding your eyes and the next step. Would highly recommend read more

Dr. Fulton has extensive experience in family eye care, dry eye management, glaucoma evaluation and treatment, cataracts, ocular disease, retinopathy, laser surgery, and ocular trauma. He also enjoys fitting bifocal contacts and Ortho-K lenses (lenses that you can sleep in and correct your vision). We handle everything from adult and children's eye exams and hard-to-fit contact lenses, eye emergencies, treatment of eye diseases and co-management of eye surgery such as LASIK

Dr. Fulton has cared for patients since 2008 in the Oklahoma City area and in July of 2011 he started Fulton EyeCare Center and moved with his wife and children to Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Robert A. Fulton received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2008 from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He completed his externship in family eye care in Oklahoma City emphasizing corneal refractive therapy, laser procedures, and children's vision development.

They literally told me that my eye glasses were $861 and my insurance covered 540 of that and so I would owe them $321. Totally a rip off and they told me that I could not take advantage of their deal of buy one and get one and still use my double insurance. Absolutely feel like I was ripped off and paid double for my glasses. I paid $321 last time for two somewhere else. This is crazy. Please explain yourself. Thank-you
