She challenged me to go bold and risqué with the style and color. The ambiance is calm and dim, very spacious and a wall showcasing various designers. At first, it was overwhelming to decide which pair to get! They gave me a tray to place all of my choices and then I narrowed down to my selection. At Macy's Lens Crafters they're professional, very attentive and in my case, have consistently strived to see that I left the store very very satisfied! They're always accommodating of my numerous questions and concerns. Even when Alexa wasn't in the store physically, she was always a phone call away to offer her professional expertise. The main doctor Dr. Van Truong to this location was not very polite, rushed through the process and then was not even correct with the eyeglass prescription. I could not see well and then to actually get it corrected I would have to pay again. Unprofessional cocky doctor . My husband and I just walked out of the store, and I said, "That was the single easiest shopping experience of my life." I called the store and was told that my lens prescription would require several days fabrication time, but that if I had my old lenses, I could bring them in and put them right into a new pair of frames. The assistant manager, Joy, was super easy going and helpful through my purchasing process. She went step by step on all the costs and what my insurance company was paying. Before charging me anything she made sure to tell me what I would be paying so that I knew what I was getting before buying. I have purchased multiple high-end glasses from LC, but I was not greeted or acknowledged during my recent visit to buy a new pair after my Tom Ford glasses broke again. This was not the first time, as an older woman had previously ignored me, as well as other staff members, to. Finally, the manager came out, noticed my frustration, and asked the woman to help me. However, the manager on duty and another staff member continued ignoring me and my son. I tried on glasses and placed the ones I liked on the counter, but the staff offered no help. After greeting and serving other customers who arrived after me, the manager finally asked if we had been helped. My son jokingly asked if we smelled or if we were offputting. We are disappointed with the service at LC and will not be returning or recommending LC. read more

I am very surprised to see such negative reviews of this location. I have been getting my exams and eye glasses from LensCrafters for about 8 years. They have a great variety of designer lenses. If you have good insurance, the prices on the lenses and frames can be affordable. I was super impressed with this location! From the time I walked into the store to the time I left the store, on a late Sunday afternoon...I received first class service. The rep checked my insurance benefits on the ipad mini, helped me get a walk-in eye exam next door, and shipped my eyeglasses to my home the next day at no additional charge! I truly do not understand the negative reviews. I literally had one of the BEST experiences at this Lenscrafters location. The customer service was top notch! Karla was so incredibly helpful, and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was so patient with me and my indecisiveness. Yes - sometimes it is hard to receive the ideal customer service and shopping experience. However, keep in mind that this is a very busy and crowded store. Don't blame the people who work there - they're doing everything they can to cater to their customers and guide them in purchasing the best product for their eyesight. Just be patient even if you have to wait a bit - the personal, one-on-one and truly informational customer experience from a knowledgeable sales rep is worth it. read more

Got 2 new pairs of glasses with Stephanie and Heather. This pair was astronomically great at their service and assistance with providing options for what I was looking for and what I could choose. Not only did they help me with leaving with a pair same day but they also helped me get a pair to be sent to me through their online services. Came here during COVID, and this store was phenomenal with their sanitization services, making sure everything was clean and all safety protocols were met. Malls are gross to me and I avoid them like I don't know, name something awful, but! that being said, the ladies at this Lens Crafters are sooo friendly and helpful I almost forget where I was, (which was by Sun & Ski Sports and the cinema of Memorial City Mall). I've visited this location 3 times in the past month helping bf with his glasses purchase. They, not unique to this location, have a no hassle 90 day return policy that really came in handy when the first pair of glasses were way too heavy and coke-bottely for his taste. The helpful staff helped us pick out more appropriate frames for the super-strong prescription and the turnaround time was even less than 10 days. BIG MASSIVE FAIL. The people on the examiner side couldn't confirm my insurance and said "we can't call them on a Saturday. They're closed." The information that my company gave me showed I was not covered. I showed them that I was indeed covered. I pulled up on my cellphone, what my company had given me. However, I went ahead and paid for the eye exam. I then went to the eyeglass side and was told the same thing. "We can't call your insurance company. They're closed today." So I left and went to their competitor in the mall. I went through the whole thing with them. Their response was: "Oh don't worry. We'll call them." WHAT?? WHAT?? Sure enough. The associate sat right across from me and called my insurance company and VERIFIED I WAS INSURED BY THEM. I was STUNNED that Lenscrafters could make such a newbie mistake on both the examiner side AND the eyeglass side. What STUPID STUPID PEOPLE. They were TOO LAZY to take the effort to TRY to call my insurance provider. I will never go there ever again. And their competitor in the mall? I really like this store! Yesterday my glasses were killing my head, I went in to get them adjusted and Stephanie helped me. She took 10 minutes making sure it was good before I walked out the store. I love this LensCrafters! It is not always convenient to have to go to the mall for eye care, but I think it is worth it for this location and the eye doctor that they have next door. I have invested in 3 pairs of glasses from them over the 6 years that I have been going here. Burberry is my favorite. I was able to leave with my glasses the same day that I bought them which was so helpful! All of the employees were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. read more

I hope the sales associates who were working on 18th Oct,2017 reads this. They are negative people, with zero etiquettes for customer, poor customer service, rude, arrogant. Guess what these things dint happen because they said anything to us but because they were just merely interested in attending us or replying us. The man, he never gave us smile, no thank you, no come again, in fact looked like they made a joke on us and laughed together. They said there system was down and all that, showing no interest to us. This was my last visit to this store and I will make sure that my friends don't go through the same behavior. Pisses me off that the lady couldn't give me an answer as to why their product failed when it clearly wasn't an issue that I did to the glasses. They wanted me to spend another $350 on the lenses and that's it. Like I'm going to spend that kind of money again on their BS product. What really irks me, is the attitude that they didn't care. Do not go here. They will try to get you to have annual tests based on false information. I went here last year for an exam for the first year. The dr gave me a 1 yr prescription with a view if extending my prescription a yr later. I went today only to be told that I have to have an exam because the dr wrote that I had complications. I have been a patient for 1 yr with no history of complications, ever. The law cleary allows for extensions if nothing is wrong. I will never go to this place ever again and will be sure to tell all people I know to never go here. read more
