The most unfriendly and impatient optician ever, please try to slow down and respect your customers first.

So this is the 4th Costco location my fiancée and I visited the past couple of months. We are new…read moremembers and already love it. My friends rave about this location and I can see why! We definitely saved the best for last. This Costco has a liquor store separated from the main building. It's on the front entrance to the left. So many great deals! We ended up getting tequila, scotch whiskey, red blend wine, and bourbon. All at a great price! The main store is the same set up like the others but this has more to offer. Better selection for electronics, home, furniture and appliances. They offer more samples, more variety of products and clothes. They have a pharmacy, tires, home remodeling, optical and hearing center. Also their food court is always solid. My fiancée and I always have lunch whenever we pay them a visit. We spent a couple of hours and purchased some great deals. What a great experience! I would say this and West Chester locations are my favorite by far.

This is officially my favorite Costco location in the greater Cincinnati area. The staff are all…read morevery friendly and helpful, the selection is exactly what you would expect, the prices are always good, AND there's a liquor store attached to this one. I was amazed by the prices and massive selection in the liquor store too. How many places can you get a 1 liter bottle of top shelf reposado tequila for $13? You simply cannot beat that price. We're definitely coming back here to restock our libations.

If I could give them a negative rating, I would! After waiting nearly 2 weeks for a new pair of…read moreglasses, I finally received a text at 3:01 PM saying they're ready. The envelope containing my receipt had a QR code on it and when I scanned it and entered the store # and payment #, the website also said the glasses were indeed READY! When I got there and showed the young lady my receipt, she dug around a couple of drawers and then said they must have "just shipped". HELLO!!!!! I got a text saying the glasses are READY and I verified this on their website!!!!! Bunch of worthless, incompetent buffoons!!!!!! But don't take my word for it! Check out these screenshots...

Called this place on the advise of my vision insurance provider looking for a specific brand of…read moreglasses for my son. I was told: " yes! We have that brand and model in stock!" So I loaded up the son, my insurance info and his prescription (eye exam happened someplace else). We arrived at the store, all my personal and insurance information was taken and then they told us: "oh, we don't carry that brand and never have". This happen literally 60 minutes after I called!! After relaying the information I told on the phone to the young man helping me, another person, a female, with the EXACT same voice as the person I talked to on the phone spoke up and implied I was lying! Then immediately tried to talk us into something that my son didn't want. Guys, here is some advice when dealing with customers: DO NOT LIE!!!! ANF DO NOT TELL OUR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE LYING!! It's real simple to tell the truth. Also once it's found out you can't tell a truth if you lives depended on it don't expect me to buy something from you!! Despite VisonWorks being the "preferred provider" for my insurance plan I'd honestly rather be blind than deal with you guys again. Can not recommend this place and I'd advise you to shop elsewhere. Anywhere other than this place.

First off, they are owned by LensCrafters and have LensCrafters employees. Just when I thought I…read morewas getting away from my bad experienceS (plural!) there lo and behold some of the same associates turned up there. Second, they don't offer the same types of lens or in particular prescriptions. If someone needs glasses, etc. shouldn't all options for every prescription be available? Why discriminate against those that may have a high or low prescription -x# power? I was floored, and defeated. You will get better service and treatment from Sam's or Walmart! Avoid unless you enjoy circular debates that literally don't make a lick of sense. If you still go to Target Optical at least avoid the older gentleman that wears frames with no lens (like my 7 year old niece,) and has a really long unkempt pony tail. Sorry, I don't know his name so can only describe his person.

I am soooo glad I checked out Target Optical. I'd already been to LensCrafters and Vision One. A…read morecoworker mentioned Target so off I went, to see what I could find. Patrick and Ginger were both VERY knowledgeable, helpful and never did I sense, like I did at the others, the eagerness to make a sale. They took their time helping me pick out frames and trying out my vision insurance vs their sales to see which avenue would get me the best price (I was also considering Rx sunglasses and they all have deals on those now). I was very impressed by their knowledge and consultative approach. I recommended my daughter try them after she was not happy with the $ quote she got from one of the others. Patrick let her know that she'd "used up" her lens benefit for the year and it wouldn't renew until July 1. AHHHHH! So that's why the quote from the more popular optical place was so high!!!! They didn't tell her about the ins and outs of her insurance to help her minimize her costs!
