Friendly staff and doctor! I highly recommend coming for an eye appointment. Good selection of glasses as well.

Love Dr. Julie and have heard good things about the other doctors here too. A very helpful staff that really works to help out patients.

After wearing glasses almost my entire life I never had an eye doctor that I actually liked until…read morethis one. I at sold glasses. They're cheap with a huge selection. I was sad when many vision insurance changed and I could no longer go there. After Walmart I tried Lens Crafters which I hated! Comparing this place with both of those places, the doctor is way friendlier. They have convenient times for appointments. They're cheaper than Lens Crafters, but not as cheap as Walmart... or maybe it's just that they don't have as large of a selection as Walmart. One thing they do differently is that you don't look at the wall to find your own glasses. You give them some information on what you'd like, then they bring you a bunch of glasses to try. I can't decide if I like this better or not but I did get glasses that I like and I didn't take nearly as long picking them out since I didn't have to find them on my own. Overall I'd say I like this place over most Eye Doctors and would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and thought the office staff and doctor were nice and on time. It was a great visit. Today I visited again with my son who is about three years old. I was a little nervous for my toddler to go through the exam and get his eyes dilated, but had some concerns about his eyesight and so thought it was for the best. Everyone in the office greeted him and helped him feel comfortable before and during his exam. The administrative staff gave him special attention and told him he was brave during the dilation process and offered stickers to distract him. The staff person that started the exam and the doctor both were excellent with him and made him feel comfortable the whole time. It was such a relief to me that they made the process so easy!

We definitely saved the best for last. This Costco has a liquor store separated from the main building. It's on the front entrance to the left. So many great deals! We ended up getting tequila, scotch whiskey, red blend wine, and bourbon. All at a great price! The main store is the same set up like the others but this has more to offer. Better selection for electronics, home, furniture and appliances. They offer more samples, more variety of products and clothes. They have a pharmacy, tires, home remodeling, optical and hearing center. Also their food court is always solid. My fiancée and I always have lunch whenever we pay them a visit. We spent a couple of hours and purchased some great deals. What a great experience! I would say this and West Chester locations are my favorite by far.

I was amazed by the prices and massive selection in the liquor store too. How many places can you get a 1 liter bottle of top shelf reposado tequila for $13? You simply cannot beat that price. We're definitely coming back here to restock our libations.

Just when I thought I…read morewas getting away from my bad experienceS (plural!) there lo and behold some of the same associates turned up there. Second, they don't offer the same types of lens or in particular prescriptions. If someone needs glasses, etc. shouldn't all options for every prescription be available? Why discriminate against those that may have a high or low prescription -x# power? I was floored, and defeated. You will get better service and treatment from Sam's or Walmart! Avoid unless you enjoy circular debates that literally don't make a lick of sense. If you still go to Target Optical at least avoid the older gentleman that wears frames with no lens (like my 7 year old niece,) and has a really long unkempt pony tail. Sorry, I don't know his name so can only describe his person.

Patrick and Ginger were both VERY knowledgeable, helpful and never did I sense, like I did at the others, the eagerness to make a sale. They took their time helping me pick out frames and trying out my vision insurance vs their sales to see which avenue would get me the best price (I was also considering Rx sunglasses and they all have deals on those now). I was very impressed by their knowledge and consultative approach. I recommended my daughter try them after she was not happy with the $ quote she got from one of the others. Patrick let her know that she'd "used up" her lens benefit for the year and it wouldn't renew until July 1. AHHHHH! So that's why the quote from the more popular optical place was so high!!!! They didn't tell her about the ins and outs of her insurance to help her minimize her costs!
